I DM'd Mary Kish on IG sharing the same sentiments they were mostly ignoring or giving non-answers to during the stream. Her response was simply a link to an article about how Meta is scraping our IG content for AI and we have to opt out. The absolute disrespect and tone deafness to respond to backlash about this with "this other company run by a corrupt billionaire that supports a felonious p3do billionaire does this scummy thing you all don't like, so why are you attacking our company run by a corrupt billionaire that supports a felonious p3do billionaire for doing the same thing?" Their whole stream was a joke, they told blatant lies about how the data isn't going to be sold, and couldn't answer whether all of our content had already been scraped or not prior to us being able to opt out.
Also, I've made the tough decision to no longer stream on Twitch, and am cancelling my subscriptions and Turbo.

They could not tell me if my 5 years of content, my artwork and designs I've created myself, etc was already scraped or not without my permission prior to opting out.

Their current stream they decided to do in the middle of a work day is wild. They are literally not able to answer whether our content was already scraped or not prior to opting out, and telling us oh well too bad this is industry standard so we're doing it too. Absolutely wild.
They are still actively deleting messages and timing out creators who ask about the Twitch feature on an official Twitch stream on the Twitch channel. Amazing.
