Hi! Please don't. Streamers work very hard for very little money because your monetization is already pretty rough, so pushing this onto them is just cruel.

I don't want my art trained for a machine to use. My art, my voice, my soul. It's something machines can't have.

How dare you even consider training artificial intelligence on streamers. Do you realize how many people stream on here, and how much power, how much water it would take? And all without people's express consent. This is disgusting!

Any and all AI "tools" should be optional and opt-out by default. I am losing trust in Twitch as a platform. My data, privacy, and likeness should not have to be subject to data training without consent. I do not want to be involved in anything generative AI, and I'm sick and tired of platforms I use and rely on integrating it into everything. Please, just stop.

If this happens I will immediately cancel my subs and support the streamers I love via direct donation. I'll also get around to building a pi hole to block any ads.

I would vastly prefer you did NOT utilize AI in ANY capacity, quite frankly, but if there is no choice in that, at the very least make the option default to opt-out. I refuse to utilize this feature intentionally, and if it's baked in with no way to turn it off, I will be ceasing operations on this platform. Knock it off, stop pushing this garbage. Enough is enough.

I love Twitch with all my heart. I am in the process of building a following and I am hoping for a career in streaming. However, if Twitch starts using streams to train genAI, I will abandon the platform immediately and entirely. People do not want AI. Creators do not want their content training AI. This is theft of other people's hard work, in a global economy in which hard work is already brutally taken advantage of. I think you underestimate the resentment younger people have towards AI, particularly generative AI in creative fields. This is a distasterous direction to even consider taking Twitch in. You will watch your audience flee to YouTube in droves.

One of the WORSE ideas I've seen from Twitch.. You start using GenAI and force people into it? Expect a LOT of people to leave!

I've been an affiliate for more then 4 years and I do not want these tools to be forced down on my stream. Honestly if this keeps up I am going to have to look elsewhere. I'm sick and tired of this AI taking over everything when nobody asked for this to begin with.

Twitch, your parent company is losing billions pursuing similar features. After spending the last 3 years sinking useful features, sinking entire communities, and raising prices across the board while cutting stream incentives in search of profit, why sink twitch even further with this money pit that's going to see half your platform abandoned in favor of competitors? Is twitch trying to get shut down? Because pursuing new AI features, especially by forcing users into training those features, guarantees it.

I'm a Twitch Partner and have been for half a decade. I'm already looking for alternatives and beginning to prep to move my channel elsewhere. If this goes through, the checkmark won't be enough to keep me here.

PLEASE set the default to opt-out, I can't trust this platform if it keeps doing things without my consent. I get that the AI features are helpful to some, but to me I'd rather learn skills on my own instead of being fed things. I personally do not condone the use of AI tools by default on Twitch.

As a creator, I do not wish to automatically be opted in for AI features. As a European, I get to decide what happens with my data, and that is not to have AI be trained with it.

Even better, let's go with NO Generative AI. Do not force GenAI on us, do not use our streams to train your slop machines. I do not want them, and will be looking for streaming alternatives if they continue to be pushed upon us or Amazon continues to threaten to train off of our content.

If generative AI is in fact integrated in to twitch, I will delete my channel and never use your site again. While I am not big by any means, stealing my art is against the law.
