However, if Twitch starts using streams to train genAI, I will abandon the platform immediately and entirely. People do not want AI. Creators do not want their content training AI. This is theft of other people's hard work, in a global economy in which hard work is already brutally taken advantage of. I think you underestimate the resentment younger people have towards AI, particularly generative AI in creative fields. This is a distasterous direction to even consider taking Twitch in. You will watch your audience flee to YouTube in droves.
