1. Count as a viewer even when tab is not in focus as long as the video is playing, as twitch says it already does but actually doesn't.

   This is a blatant lie as I've tested this out with a streamer friend, when I'm no longer tabbed into the stream it'll no longer count me as a viewer, its not muted which also doesn't stop you being a viewer supposedly. Just fix it to where as long as the video is playing it'll count correctly.
   Personally I only have the one monitor so I'll leave a stream up and play my own game and listen to a stream. But since it isn't counting me as a viewer even though its suppose it's not working as Twitch support says it does.

2. Clipping feature is bugged

   When you download clips now, they stutter and chunk along for the first few seconds. This has been going on since the clip editor update (which is great by the way, just need this bug fixed). The clips also aren't able to be published on twitter, as twitter says the clips are higher than 60 FPS now. Please fix this, as it is not allowing me and others to do stream highlights videos, and also disallows shares on social media channels for promoting our streams.

3. make last vod on playlist selectable

   this is a huge bug on browser

   to repeat
   pick a vod with a playlist longer than longer than 13
   ex. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2001682434?collection=ARlNMWkDlxdJFw

   just try to pick the last one on the list from the drop menu on top corner of the player
   it will select the time bar or volume slider instead of playing the last vod on the list

   Loading Bug When Browsing Clips

   This is a bug that occurs on mobile where when browsing clips from a channel, category, and ones saved in my "reacted" tab, after a certain amount of clips have been loaded in, no more will be seen at all.

   It's an issue because there is no way of accessing the unloaded clips besides directly accessing the link and/or hoping the clip is recent enough to appear within the "24 hours to 30 days" tabs.

   I hope this issue actually gets fixed and not simply ignored like the many other problems other users have pointed out.

6. Clip Meta-Data does not Update after renaming Clip

   When you create a clip via API, it get's the Stream-Title as Clip-Title. Even if you rename it afterwards in the Editor, it will keep the First Name within the

7. Twitch Create Clip UI no longer supports fullscreen

   The old UI for creating clips let me view the video I was clipping in fullscreen. The new UI shows me the video in a tiny preview window that makes the details basically impossible to see (e.g. I watch programming streams, and I can no longer read any of the 1080p text in the clip preview video player).

   Pleaesssseeseeseeeee add the fullscreen button/hotkey back to the video player on the create clip page so that I can actually see what I'm clipping!

8. Portrait Clips for non-standard Aspect Ratios are Stretched

   Currently, portrait/vertical clips using the Stacked layout are stretching the content if the source isn't 16:9.

   When editing the layout it will appear correctly, but the end result once rendered will be stretched.

   For example, a 21:9 "ultrawide" source stream will result in clips that end up with both the facecam and the game being horizontally squished.

9. VODs Pages not loading more VODs.

   It actually happens when you're signed in to Twitch.tv. It doesn't matter which browser it is. The VODs pages are not loading more VODs in every category. It only shows 30 VODS in each category.

11. LIVE/VOD pausing and time scrolling in VODS

    MOBILE TWITCH APP, maybe even iPhone only(?)

    • MAKE TWITCH GUI/OVERLAY HIDEABLE WHILE PAUSED:
      Watching both live and VODS i regularly pause the video to zoom in on f.ex. Text or a detail, but i cant see anything cause the GUI is blocking it.
      I feel like this is a simple feature to add, it works like it should when video/stream is playing. It would add a nice upgrade in viewer experience on mobile.

    • TIME SCROLLING THROUGH VODS:
      Time scrolling, when you drag the purple dot to a specific time in a vod, often bugs completely out and could even end up restarting the VOD. Could you look into this too, just very annoying and has been this way forever.

13. Remove automatic mute of last 2 seconds of highlight clips

    Twitch, please stop automatically muting the last 2 seconds of each clip in the highlight tool. This is absurd, I have to make all clips longer so the audio isn't cut off at the end of the important part of the clip that I'm making, which makes the clips very awkward by ending with an extra section of unimportant content.

14. [Bug Report] Clip creation settings (layout and stacked configurations) are no longer carrying over

    Please note that I am posting this issue after having already contacted Twitch Support regarding this matter.

    When creating clips on channels other than my own for the same streamer and category, the following settings fail to carry over and instead revert to their default states:

    • Portrait Version layout settings
      Position and size settings of each screen when configured to Stacked

    This issue has been occurring consistently since around June 2026.
    Initially, I waited to see if it was a temporary glitch or isolated to a specific environment, but it remains unresolved to this day.
    As it is unclear whether this is an intentional change or a bug, please investigate and review this behavior.

    Prerequisites

    • "Always create clips in new tabs" enabled

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Create a clip once and configure the layout settings.
    2. Create another clip.
       Expected behavior: The layout settings configured in step 1 should be reflected.
       Actual behavior: It reverts to the default settings.

    I have confirmed that the issue can still be reproduced in all of the following environments:

    • Google Chrome Incognito mode
    • Google Chrome with all extensions disabled
    • Microsoft Edge (Version: 153.0.4234.32)

16. location restricted video resolution

    Some streamers stream in 1440p resolution which isn't available for viewing globally so we are stuck watching in lower resolutions (which is mostly fine). However, a lot of the time the next highest resolution that is available is 720p, which is subpar in 2026. Please let us select 1080p in those cases.

17. Watch Streak Not Being Counted

    My Watch Streak is not being counted correctly. I watch every stream ENTIRELY and it does not count it sometimes. I tried to recover it, and it would not work. I should not have to try and recover it when I was ACTIVELY chatting during the entire stream. I lost my 25-day streak with my friend channel name: berxe. I would like to hear back about my streak being restored.

18. Being unable to fix a problem, just because you don't want me to.

    If we choose a video quality, WHY do you think we don't leave on "automatic"???? you did put automatic change on the other options too.
    OFTEN my video is reduced to 32p.

    Please... Automatic is automatic, manual is MANUAL. ("but the video gonna be laggy." I don't care if I choosed so)

    For me, its a bug, because it's not doing what I asked it to, but I do think it's intended by you, but I really hope it's not, cuz stream is dying global wide, and it's sad to seeing you making me leave.

    Expected Behavior (behavior prior to 2026/02/20):
    Choosing "Top 24H" sorting in Clips displays clips sorted by views

    Current Behavior (behavior after 2026/02/20):
    Choosing "Top 24H" sorting displays what looks to be brand new clips (1 views first)

    How to replicate:
    1. Visit any page that allows clip sorting (eg. Browse > Category > Game > Clips, or Specific creator/user > Videos > Clips)
    2. Change sorting to "24H"
    3. Broken behavior can be observed.

    Every other date range works properly (eg. 7D, 30D, ALL).

20. Portrait mode broken

    The clip feature, especially Portrait mode is broken for many older clips.

    I cannot edit/see the preview in the dimentions I want for older clips. It was working fine last week but now, for some reason, it seems like majority of clips that were not created after my May 2nd 2025 clips are broken can cannot adjust the portrait version of the clips regardless if they had already a portrait version editted or not.

    Tried on Chrome and Firefox and the same result. Latest clips/Clips after 2nd May 2025 onwards seem to work as normal. Can still save the clip but the proportions will be stuck on the location I set the boxes at.
