今回発表されたダイジェストの100時間制限について確認しました。

ストレージの維持は負担がかかることは理解できますが、納得できない点がありました。
下記2点についてどのようにお考えでしょうか。

・「現在、この100時間の制限を超過しているのはTwitchのアクティブなストリーマーの0.5%未満です。」という記載について
配信をしたことがあるストリーマーなら100時間の制限は簡単に超えてしまいます。
にもかかわらず「0.5%未満」という数字は不可解です。
この割合を算出した際、"配信を行ったことのあるアカウント"のみを母数としたのではありませんか。
もし配信を行ったことのないアカウントも含まれていた場合、このような割合になるのは当然であり、数字を小さく見せて影響の大きさをごまかす意図があると考えています。

・「ダイジェストは視聴者への露出やエンゲージを高めるためにあまり効果的ではありませんでした。」という記載について
確かにダイジェストを意識して視聴する機会には乏しかったと感じています。
しかし、TwitchのWebページにはダイジェストの視聴を促すような導線はありません。
そのような導線なしに「あまり効果的ではありませんでした。」という発言がされたことに、納得感が得られませんでした。

I understand that maintaining storage is burdensome, but there are some points that I do not agree with.
What are your thoughts on the following two points?

・You said "Less than 0.5% of active streamers on Twitch are over the 100-hour storage limit today."
A streamer who has streamed before would easily exceed the 100-hour limit.
The figure “less than 0.5%” is uncomfortable.
When you calculated this percentage, you probably used only the number of “accounts that have ever streamed” as the population.
If accounts that have never streamed were included, it is not surprising that the percentage would be this high, and I think the intent was to make the numbers appear small and to cover up the magnitude of the impact.

・You said "Highlights haven't been very effective in driving discovery or engagement with viewers"
I certainly feel that there was a lack of opportunity to watch the digest with an awareness of it.
However, there is no introduction on the Twitch web page that would stimulate viewing of the digest.
Without such a introduction, I do not agree with“Highlights haven't been very effective”.
