    When Twitch calculated the percentage"0.5%", they probably used only the number of “accounts that have ever streamed” as the population.
    If accounts that have never streamed were included, it is not surprising that the percentage would be this high, and I think the intent was to make the numbers appear small and to cover up the magnitude of the impact.
