RE Scheduling Ads I do understand that Twitch needs the ads that run during the streams for revenue but I find the unpredictable timing of the ads to be very problematic.
I very much wish that I could schedule the ads to run at a regular time. My preference would be at a predetermined number of minutes before the bottom of the hour. If I knew that they were coming every hour at that time then I could plan accordingly. Why do i see adds on the stream from the streamer from Russia? I was looking for https://www.twitch.tv/voodoosh stream.
It was interrupted by 30 sec adds. Hint was saying that streamer taking a pause.Its is not true, stream was continuing as usual, because of the stream i missed the content.
I know that streamer will not get any money from the adds.Why do i see it all the time?

Let streamers purchase the ability to prevent ads from displaying Ads disrupt the continuity of many streamers' broadcasts, e.g. a musician playing a song, a magician performing a trick, etc. So please implement a feature that allows streamers to prevent ads for all followers. You could charge a monthly fee. Many would gladly pay for this.
To other streamers up-voting this feature, please consider telling us what you stream specifically and how ads hurt the quality and continuity of your stream.

THANK YOU: Audio only ads I just want to say THANK YOU to whoever thought of and implemented audio only ads overlaid on the streamer’s video stream, like a podcast. Ads on streams should not interrupt or obscure the twitch user surveys that pop up. I was attempting to complete a quick survey that appeared at the bottom of the stream I was watching full-screened. However, an ad that played during the stream caused the survey pop up to disappear. Making me unable to complete it by doing so. I'm not sure if it was simply a mistake or an issue on my side. Still though, I thought I should let you know.

Place ads above chat I don’t mind playing ads on my channel. I believe you would have 80% less complaints from people if you switch placement for ads. Put the Ad in upper-hand corner (above chat) or let the Streamer choose some Option in the dashboard (DISPLAY ONLY ADS, OR BOTH)

In the ad error reporting options, give us "I am subscribed and should not be seeing these" I am being shown ads to a channel I am subscribed to and have been instructed to report the ads that are shown as "playing too often".
How about giving us an actual choice for the actual problem, it would be so easy: "I am subscribed or have ad-free and am being shown ads".
That way you guys have actual useful information to fix problems with.

Streamers/Creators should be able to opt-out of military recruitment ads Streamers should have the ability to opt-out of certain ads, particularly military recruitment ads. Some creators may have a younger audience. The streamer should reserve the right to protect that audience. The military ad complex is already vast and has deep roots within Twitch. If a streamer does not want that sort of content on their channel, they should be able to block it. Additionally, this option should be able to be seen publicly. Parents who check their children’s activity might want to be able to know a streamer opts out of Military recruitment ads targeted at minors.

More than 30s x 2 ads are losing customers! I think the twitch company has already made enough money on stolen credit cards and "bit theft". More than 2 ads for more than 30 seconds in a row that you force us to buy the "Turbo" membership are making you lose customers! Streamers are looking for a new platform to escape to like youtube and viewers complain about the same problem...
I don't know who is doing your company analysis, but if it continues like this, you will definitely experience a rapid collapse. To avoid losing customers:
reduce the number of ads,
Shorten the advertising time.

Gambling ads shown to Finnish viewers, but they are illegal here I, as well as some other users, have recently noticed that Twitch has started showing online casino advertisements to Finnish viewers.
Advertisement of any kind of lottery games or gambling is very strictly limited by law in mainland Finland, only being allowed for one government-owned company and only within very specific guidelines and situations. For example, any games that have a risk of causing addictions can only be advertised within the casinos themselves; never on TV, magazines, outdoors etc.

Shouldn´t you show adds correspondent to the gender of the person watching?
If you're doing tracking on who's watching then at least fix it so it shows the correct propaganda and if it's inaccurate or inappropriate like most of the time then give me a real way to offer feedback and if this is some ********* algorithm about forced inclusion then just give me the option to straight out block such content

I'm a Twitch Prime user and I'm sick of ads. I'm a Twitch Prime user and I'm sick of ads. Although I pay for your services, I still see ads and you ask for additional payment to not see them. The same service with youtube premium just cancels all ads but your system is really bad right now. Please don't show ads to prime members, or I will cancel my subscription next month.

Possible Solution to Twitch’s Poor Advertisement Rates | Increased Viewer Happiness | Helping Streamers Grow Right now, you turn on a stream, say ‘Valorant,’ and you get hit with a 3 minute advertisement. Then you can watch the streamer.
What If Twitch changes the “Advertisement” to other streamers instead? So for example, instead of being shown a 3 minutes advertisement about a food, drink, or a game. Show 3 minutes of someone else’s stream with the “Goal” of introducing “the viewer” to the possibility of discovering their new favorite streamer.
From there, the viewers begins to grow attached and subscribe or gift subscriptions as “the viewer” currently does now with their favorite group of streamers.…
