i cant verify phone number my phone number was added to one account and now I can't add it to the new one because I can't log into the old one. If only this phone number verification to chat or use twitch could be removed

Issue with SMS verification code for adding phone number I believe that not everyone from only those countries that are able to add their phone number to their twitch account with no issues of sms verification code, cos I'm unable to add mine and unable to receive the sent sms verification code from twitch.
the twitch team, please fix this issue so that everyone from every country worldwide (where twitch is available) will be able to add his/her own phone number to his/her own twitch account respectively.5 votes -
Twitch removed a channel I follow I recently discovered my account was no longer following a channel I had been subscribed to. I know I was still a follower earlier in my day. At some point, I had left my computer on sleep mode and was not actively using the app. Soon after going back on Twitch via desktop, I discovered the channel was gone in my following list and had to re-follow.
I'd like to believe it is a bug because there would be no way I would un-follow said channel. I hope this is something that will be seriously looked into and resolved if…

Raid a random streamer in the same category and prefer channels with less than 50 viewers If a streamer goes offline without manually initiating a raid, an automatic raid should follow in the same category, prioritizing channels with less than 50 viewers. This approach benefits both Twitch and creators.

An option to enable a 2FA app manually without using a QR code Please give us a manual option to enable a 2FA app (by entering or copying the secret, without using a QR code). Almost every website with 2FA has this option. Some people might have broken phone cameras, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be able to activate 2FA on Twitch, as 2FA is a core part of account security.

Stop banning people without explanation and making it impossible to communicate with support Pretty self explanatory, but multiple people I know have been banned without explanation. They submit an appeal stating they can't possibly defend themselves if they don't know what they did,. Appeal denied and now the "enhanced" resolution process that Dan Clancy bragged about at Twitch Con makes it literally impossible to contact support with additional information.
This process is still a complete dumpster fire. Why is there not a process which allows back and forth communication?
I get that at some point a decision is a decision, but when you're not telling someone what part in the thousands of words…

Cant select English in language selection If your native language is not English, it is not reflected even if you select English in the language selection.
In my case, if I select English, a check mark will appear in my native language, Japanese.Only English is not available, so i use ENG-UK.This glitch occurs when chromium(chrome,edge) is used.

the cancel subscriptions button is missing, add it back please. Subscriptions Management Page, locating the subscription you wish to cancel, and clicking the cog on the upper-right missing option to cancel subscription.
