   Create a section for uncensored audiences (Mature)

   My time on Twitch was not the greatest to be completely honest and from time to time I have gotten suspensions, banned on Twitch, and specifically because of my intolerance toward harassment.

   I believe in a free speech environment and I also can understand wants for censorship for younger environments.

   However, issues that I have come across have been stream sniping and harassment to the extent people intentionally lose on my teams or sabotage things. Such as aim bots used within Rust and following friends and I to different servers with aim bots and people intentionally losing on my team on League of Legends. Instances that I would describe as difficult to control my own speech when I know others are specifically trying to sabotage and ruin my time.

   This dilemma has even went to the extent where I am involved in court over it for violation of my rights and various different torts/claims filed. A lot of actions taken against me could also be considered discriminatory and hate crimes against my beliefs. With that said, I feel at a unjustified punished state. I say this because I got banned for using specific verbal words that were not specifically mentioned (there was no one watching my stream at the time and that is the kind of crime I Am talking about; where did the report come from? I have been having different breaches of privacy that are illegal) and personally I believe in a mature audience free speech is healthy and ventilation is healthy; and a mature audience can understand that. With that said, I would like to see if Twitch can create a mature section. One that may require ID to enter into; or settings that can be changed based on who you can/can't watch or who is suggested to you. The mature section having free speech and being able to express themselves and ventilate. I do not always have a foul mouth but it can be difficult to not have one and in my eyes punishing words that are "offending" to those that are actually breaking legitimate laws is in a sense serving the crime and is an injustice.

   I believe in free speech and it is in my opinion even more cancer to have people hacking onto platforms, sabotaging them out of hate and even trying to ban my account which was successful on twitch. Free speech is a right in the United States and crime is being used to exploit what I would describe as an error in rules or policies for Twitch.

   I would like to suggest a more mature category that requires a certain age to enter. That way if someone gets offended; they can just go watch someone else. I also would suggest maybe allowing streamers to ban certain people from watching because I can tell you from experience someone was definitely looking for a way to get me banned on twitch and they did. With that, this is in a sense an appeal to get my account unbanned because it was banned by people breaking legitimate laws; not policies for a company.

   In my eyes people doing that are childish and this is an instance of the truth being censored.

   I propose to add all compositions from the Star Wars series by John Williams to the exception and permission to use in free form on the stream, even if the stream is not on the Star Wars topic, since all these compositions are over 50 years old ... which means such compositions are considered public property and can be freely used on the stream. In addition, I am a fan of Star Wars, and I would like to not be deprived of such an immersive atmosphere of streams, because of the DMCA rules because of the compositions that are in the public domain ... Example - I deleted the broadcast on which there was a moment - the cantina band Star Wars melody was playing on the pause screen and they muted the VOD sound for me, citing third parties ... this is outrageous .. but I checked in 2 ways - everywhere it says that there are no copyright violations ..

   Предлагаю уже внести все композиции из серии star wars John Williams в исключение и разрешение использования на стриме, даже если идет стрим не по теме звездные войны, так как всем этим композициям более 50 лет... а значит такие композиции считаются народным достоянием и могут свободно использоваться на стриме. Кроме того, я фанат звездных войн, и хотелось бы чтобы меня не лишали такой атмосферы погружения стримов, из-за правил dmca из за композиций которые в свободном доступе... Пример - я удалил трансляцию на которой был момент - на экране паузы играла мелодия cantina band star wars а мне приглушили звук VOD ссылаясь на третьих лиц... это беспредел.. но я проверял 2 способами - везде пишет что нет нарушений авторских прав..

4. Option to forward your old username to new

   If you change your username on Twitch, it breaks all the old links instantly, and nobody can find you if they don't know your new name.

   I 100% understand that for some people, this is a boon! But, if you are a streamer, this can be disastrous, especially if you didn't expect it to happen, and even if the change is as simple as adding an underscore for clarity.

   In my observation (whatever that's worth), more people don't want to break their links and hide from their friends than do.

   Why not have a check box when you change your name which says "Forward visits and whispers for 90 days", just like when you change your landline you could opt in or out of having an automated "This number has been changed" announcement for a limited time.

   Since the old usernames aren't reused for a while (or, sometimes, ever), there's no reason not to offer this, and it would improve stream community connection, viewership numbers, and revenue for that matter!

8. Please stop logging me out every day

   I get logged out EVERY day and have to re-login and enter an email code. It's so infuriating I don't even bother to use this site. Please add a "remember me" button which will keep me logged in for at LEAST a year.

    The 30-day logout is just an inconvenience to me. I am responsible for my own device's security; attempting anything more is intrusive.

    Give the option to remember the session permanently, as well as for 30 days.

13. Please don't arbitrarily demand phone numbers from people with verified emails

    Why, after ten years of chatting on Twitch with a verified email address, is Twitch blocking me from every single Twitch chat unless I give my phone number? I've been on great behavior for my entire time on Twitch, so why did Twitch impose this on my account a few months ago? Twitch has not given any reason, and I don't want to provide both my email address and phone number to Twitch.

    I've contacted the owners of certain channels who I know on other websites and they've confirmed that they didn't turn on the phone verification setting, so this is something Twitch is doing. I've investigated the matter on search engines as well, and I've found that several other Twitch users are facing the same puzzling restriction.

    Please explain why my rules-abiding account was suddenly hit with this phone restriction after ten years. I've done nothing to make Twitch unsafe or unfun, and I've even been apologized TO by users in chat rooms. Please lift this restriction so I and other well-behaved people can chat with only a verified email address. This phone requirement was not placed due to a behavior strike, nor is a phone number required for every Twitch user to chat on the website.

    Also, if this is a glitch instead of a design choice, it's a very bad glitch for your site to have! Additionally, if an unrelated detail will get a human to read this post, a few months prior to the phone number requirement restriction/glitch I tried to gift a channel five subscriptions, but Twitch wouldn't accept the payment and gave no explanation as to why. The credit card was just fine and still is, and no one was blocked from giving or receiving a subscription.

    I became Affiliate solely for the Emojis and Channel Points. So I would like to propose "Affiliate Light" -

    Viewers could unlock Channel Emojis with either channel points or after a certain amount of activity.

    Many streamers just want the affiliate for the emojis and channel points and don't plan to make money with the streaming. That's why some either refuse the affiliate or take it away for themselves.

    300 bots started following me on November 23rd and now today the 28th another 100 have just followed me, can you remove those bots or at least make sure that they are not going to ban my account for something that I did not do or buy?
