1. Bot Detection on Linux causes frequent False Positives for normal users

   Some browsers on Linux, particularly Firefox based (although some users have experienced similar issues on Chromium based browsers as well), tend to quite frequently get flagged as a bot when trying to sign into Twitch. The error when this happens is typically "Your browser is not currently supported". This is not actually the case. Before log-in happens on the back-end, a security check is ran based on your browser and some analysis of it. If Twitch back-end deems your browser "suspicious" based on a score, as in the score assigned is deemed to low, it straight up rejects the request as a bot, without giving second thoughts to the actual sign-in credentials, which in order to not be straight up about bot detection being the issue here, has a generic error of browser not being supported.

   Any talk in Reddit or Discord about this issue, the response you're faced with is "Contact Twitch Support". While that's generally a good idea when users can't fix what's broken for another user, Twitch Support often just tells you the usual of "Wipe cache and cookies" and try again. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Normally if it works, it's not a permanent fix. Within a couple days you will see this issue come up once again, and you need to clean your entire browser again.

   I've had this issue every week since I switched to Linux over a year ago. And every time you look up a solution it's always "Contact Support" which as I've described, won't actually fix the issue, but instead tells you to start over until it happens again. At the start of this week, Monday, I decided to troubleshoot this issue. Having a scan tool get access to my installation I dug up the entirety of my Firefox browser to find changes made to it. Some were found, but most of it was neglegent. I then simply wiped the entire .mozilla directory and started fresh. This fixed the issue... For ONE day. Then it was back again.

   This is not sustainable. Changes need to be made here. Blocking Linux users just because they use Firefox isn't acceptable. And telling us to just wipe the entire browser data just for it to break again the next day is just insanity.

   So I ask of Twitch to look into the Bot Detection they have. Specifically Error 5025 during the step protected_login. It's clearly faulty as evident by fresh installs getting flagged within 24 hours of use.

   For additional reference, I don't use any ad-blockers. The only extension I use is my password manager. But in my testing I have disabled this one as well.
   Since these issues started happening I've also tried disabling any built in fingerprinting or tracking prevention systems.
   This means every single part of my browsers is exposed to the full extent of what the websites bring me.
   Despite all of this, Twitch login system, or rather Twitch bot detection, flags my browser as a bot, and rejects the log in.

   Definitely eager to see Twitch look into this problem further, as it has been an issue for over half a decade judging by old Reddit posts about this exact issue, so it doesn't seem like Twitch has been giving enough second thoughts to their detection systems as they really should.

   Je comprends tout à fait que vous ne souhaitiez pas forcément réduire le délai de deux mois entre chaque changement de pseudo. En revanche, peut-être pourriez-vous envisager la mise en place d'un système permettant aux utilisateurs de se rétracter pendant les 24 heures suivant la modification, afin de confirmer définitivement leur choix.

   Deux mois représentent un délai très long lorsqu'il s'agit d'une simple erreur de manipulation. Pour une personne qui souhaite se lancer sur Twitch, une telle erreur peut retarder son projet ou l'obliger à commencer avec un pseudo qui ne lui correspond pas.

   Je pense qu'un court délai de rétractation permettrait d'éviter ce type de situation tout en conservant les protections apportées par votre système actuel.

5. Add an alternative way to confirm your phone number using a bot call instead of a text code

   At the moment, an extremely common problem, according to my observations (not only on Twitch, but also on many other services), is that many users, for various reasons, are unable to receive an SMS message with a verification code to their phone number. Why not add an alternative way to receive this code, such as asking the bot to call you and dictate the code? This has already been implemented in many services, and it almost always works when it is not possible to receive an SMS code

7. Auto resize bit badges and emote badges

   Twitch, please bring the auto-resize feature to sub and bit badges.

   Uploading badges right now is incredibly exhausting and tedious. Having to manually export and upload three different sizes (72x72, 36x36, 18x18) for every single tier is ridiculous.

   If someone has 12 sub badges plus bit tiers, that’s easily 48+ individual files they have to sit there and upload one by one!

   We have the auto-resize feature for emotes, so why are badges still stuck in the past?

   Manually managing this many files is a headache and a total waste of time. Letting us just upload one high-res file and having Twitch auto-scale it would save streamers so much time and energy during brand overhauls.

11. I have a payment method on file I shouldnt have to verify my age any other way

    Why does twitch need my biometrics to prove my age when I have a VALID PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE. You can't HAVE a paypal unless you are a minimum age of 18 years old, and you acknowledge in my own settings that my account is connected to paypal. I have gotten SEVERAL payouts to that same payment method. I am not going to give you my biometrics. Change this, its nonsensical, thanks.

    Don't un-verify accounts just because of getting a new phone & allow people to re-verify accounts by getting verification codes sent to email, since getting them sent to phones seems incredibly problematic: i've been trying to re-verify my long-standing account for over a week now, & i NEVER receive the code at all, & this is for an account that had been previously verified for at least a decade & still lists my email as verified, yet somehow, no longer considers me verified anymore, when all i did was get a new phone (which never receves the verification codes & it's not giving me any option to get the code through my already verified email instead)

14. Give the mobile app a button to access followers and following.

    There is noway to access who you are following other than swiping right, and it doesn't always show everyone. It would be much easier if there were a button to bring all of them up. I literally hate this app because of this alone

    This person named yellowmuster needs to go because the daily dad jokes are getting to far. The person is in twitch.tv/yellowmuster account to try some daily dad jokes but it is way too personal and jokes are needed to go to make sure no more dad jokes for you because yellowmuster is a weird and creepy person who tried to attempt any jokes are being serious about it.
