1. Add additional ways to sort for you / followed channels list.

   Add additional ways to sort, current live channels that I follow list. Currently I believe we have only two ways to sort: Recommended, and highest viewers to lowest. I would like to propose that we have a few more options or a way to place into category folders or at very least, sort by lowest viewers to highest. This would help pave the way to give back to the Twitch community and provide less discouragement to those just starting out with content creation. I know from personal experience it was tough just trying to get noticed. Now that I made affiliate, I enjoy bringing a smile to someone's face when they go from having maybe just 1 viewer to a raid of say 20 or so.

   Then again on the other side of the house having folders that we can set or even just like a super favorites, followers folders, would be amazing. Yes, we can just click a category but there are so many at times searching those can be too long of a process and may as well just do a search, if you can remember their name, plus some people after a while might do a re-brand then you would not know their twitch name. So by having folders I could create folders like: Live bass, Vocals, rocksmith users. I also belong to a lot of streamer support communities so I could have folders setup display each of those and drop the members of each in those folders. Making it easier when I am returning support to those communities.

   To me, adding this feature would make the user twitch experience seem more personal and tailored to our needs. Thank you

2. Why are people unfollowing my twitch account without their knowledge?

   I think there is a bug with twitch that invades accounts and makes them un-follow streamers without their consents. Please fix your website. I am finding out friends of mine are unfollowing without their knowledge and thinks I've stopped streaming. Please and thank you.

3. Please stop disabling notifications!

   Please stop automatically turning off notifications for streamers I haven't watched for a while. At the very least, either give me an option in the email to revert the changes, or be smart enough to know which I have manually re-enabled so as to stop making them part of the next wave. I'm not on Twitch often, but I like knowing when certain friends are online, and it drives me absolutely crazy to have to go seek out each person from a long list of subs and manually re-enable the notifications every time the algorithm decides I don't need them anymore!

4. Why no customer service for your money makers (You know... us Users)?

   We need to organize a multi-day User Strike.
   This is not the only reason either. There is ZERO Customer service to any of our complaints and they make it worse with their forced drops in your inventory and no way to remove the clutter of **** that you never wanted, never watched and they even force these to the top of the list. I hate it and I am fed up with their owner, Amazon as well. I am ready to cancel both.So I ask again... Why no customer service for your money makers (You know... us Users)? Without you viewership you have nothing. Streamers don't make you money without us viewing them. I call for a user strike until this is addressed and fixed.

5. I have 55 followers and I gained 22 in one day and it shows it in analytics but my twitch affiliate page is not changing and I’m stuck og 36

   I have 55 followers Which I got in less than 30 days and it says I have 36/50 and every time I get a new follower it doesn’t change

6. Stop asking for a phone to DM people

   Are you serious? I've had a twitch account for years and have dmed people no problem. Now you require my phone number? This is thinly veiled predatory practice. You could ask for a myriad of other methods if you were "concerned about bots" (which you aren't). Seriously, F off with the phone number BS

7. Raise the mininum age from 13 to 16

   There has been so much infighting about children on the platform and it needs to be addressed. Under the Terms of Service (ToS) The minimum age requirement to view and create an account on Twitch is 13.

   This is becoming problematic on the site as streamers are being told to make their content suitable for an audience they don't cater to, and there has been an increase in trolling streamers.

   It's not a cure-all but I strongly believe that increasing the minimum age requirement from 13 to 16 will help in resolving this. It will (hopefully) signal to parents that the site might not be for their children and make better decisions to looking for/watching content that is more appropriate for a younger audience.

   In addition, I recommend removing accounts that are verified to be under the age of 13 or younger. As I said before: I don't think this is a one-size-fits-all solution, but I think it's a start in the right direction for the platform.

10. Click and hold left click to play at 2x speed

    It would be a nice enhancement to change the playback speed to 2x while holding down left click instead of having to manually change it. I find myself quite often trying to find a specific moment in a past broadcast and this feature would be a nice quality of life improvement considering the large duration of streams.

14. A button to toggle on and off all notifications for all channels in the "per channel" section

    if someone wants to only receive notifications from a few channels, they can easily turn them all off and turn on the ones they want, and if they want to only disable a few they can do the opposite

    I have quite a very bothersome problem: I recently reunited online on Steam, Discord, and Twitch with a friend I once fell out and parted ways with years ago, but I later recently apologized, and so she forgives/forgave me, but I can't post or send any text chat messages in the live viewer chat feed box(es), not because my current account is/was banned nor blocked by/from her user account or profile and channel (like I used to be on my old account, which I completely and permanently deleted years ago, since I wanted to take a long break, then restarted fresh once I came back and made a brand-new replacement account. The issue here is that I'm banned and blocked by linked account, particularly my cellular mobile phone number, which I used to verify my account by MMS/SMS phone text chat messages, and she can't seem to even be able to unban and unblock my linked phone number on Twitch, since there's no settings, preferences, or options to unban nor unblock me via my phone number on my account. I even tried using secondary virtual burner phone numbers, yet nothing happened nor worked. Am I supposed to just get a brand-new mobile cellphone number or something? I really wish I could join her chat during her live streams and broadcasts, but Twitch just won't let us do so. Fix this annoying and unpleasant issue, please and thank you.

17. Let Stream Watchers Turn Off Alerts for Themselves

    There should be a personal preference option for people watching streams to turn off alerts. Alerts can be quite annoying to some people who watch streams but otherwise enjoy the content they're watching. If people could have the option to turn the alerts off, not for everyone but for themselves, it would give them a better stream watching experience and overall would result in the stream watcher happier to watch the streams. Personally, as someone who enjoys watching livestreams, some alerts can cause me to become overwhelmed with the person who is talking, all of the sounds of the games I'm watching, and then the alert sound comes on and it overstimulates my brain. I think having the option to be able to turn off alerts from the watcher's side would also have a supportive outcome of being more inclusive for everyone. So each individual could either have the alerts on or off, whichever they prefer.

18. Block individual channels

    Hello. I would like to preface this first by saying I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT RECOMMENDED CHANNELS AT ALL.

    I would like the ability to block individual channels. When you report a channel, there is a blocking feature at the end of the report pop up. It says "If you want, you can also block this user to stop seeing their content around the site". I click block. Yet, I still see their content all over the site? Does the blocking feature not work like it says it does?

    I want the ability to block a channel in it's entirety. Let's say I block a hypothetical persons channel, their name is Joe. If I browse Just Chatting category, I should not see Joe's channel there, because I have them blocked. If I browse Just Chatting Clips, I should not see Joe's channel Clips there, because I have them blocked.

    From what I can tell, and from what very limited responses from twitch support tell, this feature does not exist.

19. Disable drops as a viewer

    I would like to be able to, as a viewer disable/turn off getting drops in my account options.

    I do not need or want them and having to see the notification and click a few times just so I can get rid of them is frustrating.

20. Child account

    The idea is that we would have the ability to create “child” accounts that must be linked to a “normal” account where we could set it so that we have to manually approve content creators for them to watch. Unapproved content creators would not even show up in the home page feed.
    Included in the child account management should also be the ability to view a report of what they watched, for how long, and when.
    Of course child safe ads would have to be used.

    On twitches end, this would be a good gateway to getting the next generation watching Twitch and an additional source of revenue for subscriptions.
