display Name Feature Needs an Update or Removal The display name system on Twitch feels outdated and confusing. Right now, it only allows capitalization changes, which doesn’t offer any real customization. For most users, this option just causes frustration — it looks like you should be able to change your name, but you can’t actually modify anything besides letter case.
If the feature exists only for capitalization, it might make more sense to either:
Integrate capitalization control directly into the username settings, or
Expand the display name feature to allow full customization (like how other platforms handle “display names” separately from usernames).

Live support via chat not email The idea is to write to support via live chat and not via email because it is terribly difficult to contact them via email because I have a big problem that has returned and I cannot normally contact them via email because they do not answer me and I wrote them about the problem

Phone-verification issue Recently Twitch started to require phone-verification on all channels, even on those i followed for years, for unknown reason (im human not a spam bot etc.). Support answer that they cant help, why can't they permit account so i can use twitch as before

Stop forcing people through phone verification, even for those channels that don't require verification. Twitch Support seemed to say you'd Twitch Support said you'd be "happy" to receive my feedback so here it is:
Now you are forcing people to undertake phone verification on a whim for whatever discriminatory reasons you choose to, so that you can't chat in channels that haven't opted into "phone verification" and now you remove the ability to chat anywhere based on this.
I've had my account 6+ years without this requirement, yet this weekend it was thrust upon me, even in my own channel or channels that don't have a phone verification requirement set and since I have been provided no reasoning or justification…

Reward Redemption List (by user, not just reward) Currently mods have access to a redemption queue that allows them to reject / complete out rewards. Unfortunately, this can only be sorted by recently used or specific reward.
What I want is a sort by user list. So you have access to specific to individuals rewards usage.

notes As a viewer, be able to add notes only you can see somewhere on a streamer's page. It's useful if you follow a bunch of people. You might not remember a unique rule or vibe to a channel you haven't been to in a while. For example, most streamers can turn small banter into content as long as it's reasonable, but a few might not do that and could take it as negativity. A note for that particular streamer might be pretty helpful in avoiding awkward situations. Especially if you don't go in their stream for like a year and…

Spam - Removed by Reddit's automated systems Reddit has banned me twice now for spamming while sharing Twitch content on my community page and my profile.
I'm filing another appeal and will try to post my content again, I hope this is not a problem with the integration of Reddit and Twitch.

Payout History Tab Doesn't Show or Expand The Payout History Tab in the Creator Dashboard doesn't scroll or expand to show previous payout history before April of this year. I confirmed this with other Twitch Partners. Also the .csv file export is difficult to use compared to a .pdf.

Please let us block categories I'd love it if we were able to block categories. I already know about the way of blocking individual games from the 'Categories' page. It doesn't work.
Once you max out the blocked games list, it cycles them OFF your 'Category Feedback' list (settings) and back into circulation to be viewed again.
The amount of 'blocked games' isn't big enough. Lets say you don't like 'Pokemon games'. Well, once you've blocked them all that's about a THIRD of your list of total blocked games allowed. Blocking more games pushes previously blocked games OFF the list, unblocking them.

Persistent "Go Live" Notifications - Send to "My Notifications" "Go Live" notifications only briefly appear in a small corner of the browser window on PC. This is grossly ineffective, since they're easy to miss. Twitch PC browser users then often miss a significant portion of a stream, since their online followed channels list doesn't refresh right away.
(I tend to just skip watching the stream and taking a break from Twitch when this happens, while other users submit complaints that their notifications aren't working.)There needs to be a setting to make "Go Live" notifications persistent in the PC browser window in "My Notifications" until the user has clicked…

Regional date setting issues when exporting your data I believe there are some bugs with non-American locale settings while attempting to download the data about your account.
My setup: Windows 10. Affects both Edge and Firefox.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the regional date setting in your OS to Poland, for example.
2. On Twitch, go to Settings > Security > Download your data.
3. Select custom range from June 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2025.

Can expired drop campaigns please be cleared as soon as they expire? My entire inventory page is chock-full of drop campaigns that aren't even active anymore, and quite a few of them seem to belong to promotions that I made literally no progress on because I never watched any channel that had them active.
Can we please declutter the inventory page to only include drop campaigns that are 1) active and that 2) progress has already been made on? It's annoying having to scroll down like two pages in order to actually claim the drops from the streams you were watching

Simple delete story function in webapp? This is so simple.... How in 2025 can you make a clip on the webapp, post it to your story easy as pie, but if you want to delete it the option isnt there? How simple is it to put a delete button?

Multi tag searching Browsing for channels using tags -
Please allow the use of searching multiple tags at the same time.
For example, If want to search #Horror and #Vtuber - Prioritise streamers with both those tags at the top of the results.

Add a separate list for channels you are VIP in the follow list. I want to have the channels I'm VIP in show up at the top of the follow list so it's easy to know when they are live.
