Live support via chat not email
The idea is to write to support via live chat and not via email because it is terribly difficult to contact them via email because I have a big problem that has returned and I cannot normally contact them via email because they do not answer me and I wrote them about the problem

Should be standard in 2025. Current system seems to be all AI agents that never fix any problems, completely incapable of providing even basic logical help
"There's a problem? Sorry nothing we can do! Have a nice day" Every single time
