constant verification is bs. I'm tired of twitch tv sending a verification code to my email. I use twitch on my cell phone for cromecast. Then when I watch twitch on the computer, I have to verify the code and go to g-mail to look at the ****** number series and verify. This verification is constant and feels like ****.

Make inactive username recycling clearer about frequency and what "batches" are At the time of posting this, Twitch says they recycle usernames that have no viewing or login activity for "at least 12 months", which sounds like some usernames will stay longer for reasons unexplained;
and it's unclear if the "batches" being recycled is all usernames that meet the 12 month criteria, or if there is just a day/week/month of the year some undisclosed number of inactive usernames are removed and some 12 month inactive usernames just never make it into those batches;
so I can't tell if a username I want to use that looks inactive is actually 12 months…10 votes -
Usernames with spaces We should be able to put spaces in usernames. Especially for people like me in a gaming clan that i cofounded with my friend (GXR), its super important.

Display Name Adding the ability to add an apostrophe to display names.
The name I use online is [Kori'to] but when I have it on Twitch, I can't use an apostrophe in either my username or display name so it looks like [Korito]. Is it possible to allow for adding apostrophes in either the username or display name? That would be a nice addition.5 votes -
Put go live notifications in "My Notifications" Currently if you have smart notifications on, you'll get a go live notification on Twitch for a few seconds and then it disappears. While on mobile, your notifications stay until viewed due to how phones work.
I would like all go live notifications to go into "My Notifications" so you can actually see who recently went live from anywhere on the website.

Gift sub I wanted to see the people who gifted me a subscription but it's not possible because the notifications disappear. I would suggest creating a space to see the subscriptions received.

Add Landline Allow me to put in a Landline phone number for VPN, and an automated Twitch calls with the 6 digit code. Not everyone has mobile phones.

Free Up Banned/Suspended Usernames that do not have offensive names. Many usernames are banned on Twitch for no known reason. After a while, those suspended accounts should be released so that content creators can get a chance to use them for their branding. For example, the username "fairy" was made partner before it was banned. It would be very nice if a content creator could have that name.

Tax Information Accessibility As it stands, there is not a way for banned (wrongfully or otherwise) streamers to access their tax information. Banned streamers can only access the appeals portal, meaning, even if they use taxcentral.amazon.com, they can not view/download or access their tax information. If you are not going to mail 1099's then you must fix this issue and provide a means for banned streamers to rightfully access their tax documents, withholding tax information is illegal and each grievance filed for failure to do so is $250, there is also no HR or Billing information provided nor is there an option to…

disable 2fa without switching numbers or using authy there needs to be a way to disable 2fa without having a phone number or needing to sign into authy (which requires a phone number as well). i have gone through your automated support since December of last year with no resolution other than "Our policy is typically to not remove Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) under any circumstance, as doing so would defeat the purpose of your account having that extra level of protection.

Cyrillic (Russian/Ukrainian/Bulgarian/etc) Display Names The gaming communities of Slavic and other languages are quite sizeable. It would be nice for them to have the same ability to set a Display Name in Cyrillic script just like there is the ability to have them in Japanese/Chinese/Korean.

Add an option to disable Login Verification Code on "new" computers I use privacy mode in my browser, meaning it erases all temp data between sessions like cookies etc. Witch means that I need to verify that I am who I am every single time that I try to log in.
It's hella inconvenient as you can imagine. I'm not planning to add any personal data so even if my account is hacked I wouldn't care at all.
If you worried that somebody uses this option without realizing the implications just add a very clear disclaimer and/or limit some twitch functionality if an option is enabled.

Make email verification code text bigger Hi, every time I receive a login verification email code on my phone (iPhone), I have to manually zoom in on the screen to properly read the verification code. I know it's OH so exhausting lol, but it's just one more additional step in a process that nobody really wants to go through every time. Can you just make the lettering bigger in the first place, please? Cheers! :)

Stop sending successful log-in emails from known locations I already have 2FA. I do not want emails confirming a login, especially if it's from a known location. Please add an Unsubscribe option for this notice.

Profile picture is blank and the pictures aren't showing Please fix the account view where in the mobile view the it doesn't show a profile, picture and everything is messed up indluding some pictures that are shown with broken photo icons.

Login Form is broken The login form is currently absolutely broken for Firefox.
It always says "something went wrong" upon submitting the form, making it impossible to login to twitch.

let me log into my account "It looks like you're trying to login from a new device or location". No it's actually not, I'm trying to log in from a browser that you currently have over 50 cookies stored on from the same location.
I don't delete them from twitch due to this very hassle, yet you still send me a verification code every time I try to use the site.
