1. Add Parental Controls and Supervized Accounts for accounts under 18

   Hello! I welcome the new Twitch guidelines and support people doing their own content, as long as it's labelled properly.

   Having said that, where I can see Twitch improve upon in terms of safety is something that Sony did a long time ago for PSN accounts: If you're under 18, your Twitch account has to be a mandatory supervised account by another Twitch account that's over 18. That way, anything M-rated and labelled with suggestive/sexual content could be forcefully filtered out for those supervised accounts and when the user turns 18, they get an option to remove said restrictions. It's not 100% fool proof, but it should help in giving parents more control on what their child see on the platform.

2. I want to remove all subscriber benefits

   There appears to be no way to remove benefits. I can only cancel a subscription or request a refund. I just don't want the subscriber benefits and I want the channel delisted from my list of active subscriptions.

3. i cant add phone number to my acoount

   hi first in my current account i tried to add my phone number but i have already added to my past account and i found that account and enabled the enable additional twitch acoount and back to my current account tried to add it but errored say oops we have an unexpected erroor so i back my past account and deleted the phone number and i back to my current account tried to number same error. 4. Allow Affiliate Onboarding to Accept Paypal instead of giving out your SSN

   Allowing users to complete the Affiliate Application by using their Paypal or another method that doesn't include sharing their SSN would be a major step privacy wise.

   If someone's SSN gets stolen, it can ruin them financially for years to come or even for life. This is why we are told never to share that number. Having a work around where we can file the taxes ourselves without having to give out our SSN to Twitch or Amazon would be beneficial to all involved and would help reduce the chances of people getting their SSN stolen.

5. Why can't I link Epic Games with Twitch?

   For some strange reason, I cannot properly link my Epic Games account with my primary Twitch account. Epic Games support was useless.

6. Username Minimum Length Change

   I would like to suggest changing the username length policy to allow usernames that are 3 or more characters long instead of having a 4-character minimum. This already exists for some channels, like AOC, but it would be great if it became something that other people could do, too.

7. changed tearms of service ?

   I just got notified that your tearms of service changed.

   But WHAT exactly changed?? Do you expect me to keep local copys of your (and all the million other everyone wants me to signe at any random webside/service) every time so I can compare old vs. new tearms??

   Sugestion: higlight the changes in bold or bigger font size at the very top of the changed tearms!

   I will not signe the new Tearms of Service as I am no lawer and have no copy of the old one to compare. It is up to YOU to clarify the changes exactly!

   Aka I will keep using your service under you OLD TEARMS meanwhile.

10. Implement the ability to rearrange the live section for streamers we follow

    When using the Twitch app for Android, all of the people I follow who are live are shown at the top of the follows page. However, currently they're shown in a fixed order, which is highest viewer count to lowest viewer count. My feature request is being able to change the order they're displayed in.

    Most of the time I tend to watch streams with lower viewer counts, because the chat isn't so overwhelming for me as an autistic person when there are fewer people, and streamers are more easily able to engage with chat in such situations. Currently, this means having to scroll all the way to near the bottom of the list whenever I want to watch someone.

    Two ideas that could fix this would include being able to set the default sorting method of live streamers you follow to other settings, such as least viewers to most viewers (the opposite of the current sorting method), or being able to pin certain favourite streamers so that they'll always show at the top of the list no matter how many viewers they currently have.

11. restrict people to 1 account

    Users should be restricted to one Username.

    If you require 2 accounts your already suspect.

    Saying you need a personal and a professional account is countermount to the reason there is millions of accounts. however, If you need a way for someone to have a professional and personal username allow for just that TwitchPro and TwitchViewer accounts.

    Alot of social media sites use a one account or rather 1 username rule.

    There is no good reason for needing a second account registered to the same email address. This stops users from being banned and creating a new username to go harrass the person that just banned them.

    TLDR: Stop the madness and quit fluffing numbers by allowing people to have 25 usernames.

    Users should be restricted to one Username.

12. Time Doesnt Count On Drops

    There has been a time bug on twitch for years. You can sit in a single stream for hours and the time bar not progress. The drop ends and you lose out on the drop cause twitch doesnt count time. Even 24 hours later the time doesnt show up. Support for years has blown this off by saying to wait 24 hours for the time to show up and closes the case without doing anything. Which results in you losing the drop and twitch support being a big joke. Fix drop time.

13. Not having to wait 2 months to change user name

    Many reasons against waiting 2 months to be able to change to ur username again, but I am curious about why is this even a thing????
    -I am trying to find the best username for me and the one I have right now I ended up not liking
    -Losing followers from the name change and still have to wait 2 months
    -Trying to even find a decent username is so long n difficult so the second u change it u have to wait 2 months.
    -I really can’t think of any reasons on why this is even a thing

    Also not relevant to this but ads are unbelievable, I sometimes get up to 10 ads on streams like I really didn’t go on twitch to watch ads, I just don’t bother watching n the amount of viewers streamers lose cos of it…

    Hello. I have a problem. My account was suspended on the 11th of this month. The next day they returned my account. And they still don't pay me for the month. 17. 掉宝的物品领取时间太长了，并且有的没有领取到游戏账户里

    希望效率能够更快一些，我是第一次领取掉宝物品，但是对我的感觉不太友好，都三个月了获取到的掉宝物品，还是没有到我连接的游戏库存了，对于第一次接触的twitch来说，感觉上当了，掉宝活动只是一个吸引流量的一个噱头。

18. FIX EXCESSIVE CODE VERIFICATION BUG (& admit your employee lied)

    A VERY reasonable & much needed request! However, your employee @mouse (hopefully FORMER employee, as her profile went 404) decided to not only DECLINE his request, but went on to BLATANTLY LIE to us all on Twitch's behalf:

    "You will only receive a new device verification email if you are using a difference device, use incognito, frequently clear your cache. Otherwise, this is a security feature meant to keep your account safe. The only other option is to enable 2FA on your account."

    Now.     This is UNACCEPTABLE. Period. Your own lying employee claimed that ISN"T intended (though she also claimed it isn't happening), so it's OBVIOUSLY a bug. A VERY COMMON & VERY ANNOYING BUG THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED NEARLY 4+ YEARS AGO NOW!!!

    Twitch, I humbly ask that you get your s**t together, put on your big corpo pants, and do the following IN. THIS. ORDER:

    [1.] Admit your employee lied (or at the very least was "mistaken"), apologize for allowing it to happen & for not fixing this KNOWN ISSUE years ago.

    [2.] FIX THIS F*****G ISSUE WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH (peferrably within a week as you've so royally screwed this up, but considering all the layoffs, maybe even a month is wishful thinking at this point...).

    That's it! That's the only chance you have at fixing this issue & not hemorrhaging even more money in lost revenue due to your baffling decisions and flippant disrespect of the audience who's wallets are slowly closing to you more & more with each passing day.

    I have editor role in a friends stream as well as VIP at the end of the stream i hadnt closed the window as i was in a game one of the mods told everyone to go to sleep and i jokingly typed out make me to which he timed me out for 1800 seconds a funny joke but I then tried to switch over to the video producer tab to see what i could make from todays stream to find i didnt have permission anymore I dont think this is intended affect since i still had VIP and it wasnt a ban if someone could look into this

20. Indefitie Suspension I AM NOT A BOT

    I submitted an appeal for my account (crowdog69b69t) because I was wrongfully accused of being a bot and or a automated account. I'm so frustrated because it took one day to be rejected for a warning that I got back in november, but it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten a response from my appeal for my indefinite suspension. I am victim to a false report and I'm not sure how many people are targeting me. I want my account back immediately. I am most definitely a real streamer and i only use one account to stream. My suspension is the result of poor moderation on this platform.
