Allow HTTP for prefix.localhost OAuth Redirect URLs You could once enter redirect URLs in this format which is useful for cookie testing:
http://some.prefix.localhost:8080/auth/twitch/callback
Now I can no longer change the URLs of my application without removing this entry. I would like it to allow HTTP for domain names ending in
[some.prefix].localhost
not justlocalhost

Extend Check AutoMod status to allow the developer to specify the level The API https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference#check-automod-status
Only lets you check automod for the channel.
But it'll only do it to the value that the channel is set to
Please allow the developer to test a given phrase at a different automod level to that that the channel is set to.
Say the channel is set to level 1, I may want to test a paticular phrase or message about to be sent to an overlay or other property at level 3 or 4 instead for additional security/moderation beyond the level that chat is set to

Moderation Endpoints: User Panel API endpoints should be implemented within the moderation:read or channel:moderate scope (not sure which would be the better fit) for the info present in the /user panel in mod view.
I imagine it would work very similarly to /helix/moderation/banned/events but with two major differences:
• broadcaster_id would not require matching the user_id in the auth token; it would just need to match a broadcaster_id that the user is a moderator for.
• user_id in the API call becomes a required parameter to keep it in line with how the /user panel works todayThis should result in allowing applications to…

API for Moderation Tools We're currently unable to CRUD User Notes from the Moderators Update last year. We also cannot read/issue a timeout or issue a ban via API.

Add Reason for Bots in Block API The Developer APIs are often used to resolve relationships with sets of accounts used in follow bots through the Block User Endpoint. It would be useful if we could expand the reasons to allow developers to programmatically report bot accounts to help Twitch in removing these accounts. We are all actively building systems to help combat this issue on behalf of Twitch, so let us do our best to help your team.

api call to reset stream key I see you have it in your v5 API https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/v5/reference/channels#reset-channel-stream-key
But it seems like there's no way to do this in the current API? This would allow someone to create an automated channel for a community, like the Randomania channel, or the ZeldaSpeedruns channel

Get Editors by userid Add optional parameter for "user_id" as many of the other endpoints.

Receive Extension Transactions for All Extensions on your own account Extensions themselves can sign up for webhooks for transactions, but those bit exchanges are completely invisible to the broadcaster. They can't make alerts, or estimate revenue, etc. I would love an event for any transaction make on any extension for the authorized broadcaster.

channelpoint percentage bet instead of using a custom number for bets we should also be able to enter i.e. 20% to easily bet 20% of my channelpoints. also your new ad system sucks. just implement a little banner instead of fullscreen minutelong ads. i know you need the money but imagine a content creator does the most amazing joke ever but you miss it because of an ad.

can we have it so adding a new channel point from the api doesn't add it the the beginning of the list? Reason for this is because when creating new redemption awards they always add the beginning of the list, what if I wanted to do specific orderings. I would like to remove the "new" indicator or have it say new but in the correct sorted order.
As an aside, I would also love to see bulk redemption pushing, havent seen a way to do this one either.

Enable drops for a longer period Simple. Old drop system allowed you to turn drops on for like a year and now its only 28 days max.

Please provide a topic for extensions active on a channel Please provide a topic that emits when an extension is activated/deacted/changed in a slot on a channel.
I would not expect it to require a scope as https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference#get-user-active-extensions doesn't require a scope.
It would be useful to monitor/confirm into third party tooling that extensions have been updated, especially when the dashboard is used to update, or it's auto updated due to an extension/game automatic switch.

Stream title searching "The v5 endpoint searched for the channel title and category. Use “Search Channels” to match channel name or title." on https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/migration is wrong because the new API does not matches the title! There is no replacement for title searching!

Twitch embed loading more ads than stream Really, who approved this. We bitched about this and now you refer us to this new place, killing off the discussion thread we had before. Hoping we let it slide. You are actively creating this problem and are unwilling to fix it.
Test was concluded, results are in. We are not nagging our external users enough. That seems to be the conclusion of last months 'extensive' testing.

Manage/update the offline screen for a channel It would be useful to be able to automate uploading a new channel offline screen.
(And banner too)
We may do game themed offline screens and want to automate doing that.
And/or manage it on behalf of the streamer, since the only way to currently update offline screens is if you are the broadcaster.8 votes -
Recommend slot It is not uncommon for an extension to be activatable in multiple slots, giving the broadcaster placement choice.
However, whilst extension developers offer this flexibilty they may want to prompt/suggest that the streamer installs the extension to a specific slot.
Please provide a way for Developers to mark a slot as "recommended" and update the UI to show a "Recommended" badge next to the slot in the extensions/manage UI

Extend Channel Points Custom Reward Redemption update to include whom did the update Updated
To declare which moderator/broadcaster/user did the update, and if it was API omit.
This may be more appropritate to add to the proposed moderator actions topic instead https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/42991875-please-provide-a-topic-s-for-all-kinds-of-moderat
This is useful to track which moderator handle the Reward Redeem (whatever it was). And/or track bad actors/mistakes.

Multiple Twitch Drops Earnable at Same Time Is there anyone else like me who loves doing/earning Twitch Drops? I think it is a great concept in regards to getting free items just by watching streams.
One issue that I do have (which leads me to my suggestion) is sometimes there are multiple different drops going on at the same time for different games. Currently you can only track and earn watchtime for one drop/game at a time. This cause you to sometimes "lose" out on the other since you have to pick and choose which you would prefer to watch over the other.
Here is an example:…

Implicit Code Flow Samples First of all, thank you for providing developers with valuable tools and apis for twitch. I greatly appreciate the code samples that were provided, however I noticed that there was only a code sample for the authorization code flow. I feel that developers would greatly benefit from examples of how best to work with the implicit code flow. I know this has been an issue for me. For example, if you create an electron application with a modern javascript framework that manages routing, the redirect part of code flow becomes a sticking point. Most of them will use localhost for…
