Chat Bot - No rate limit for Replies Hi, currently the global chat message rate limit for bot accounts also applies to them replying to users writing it. This significantly limits their usefulness.
Because of that I'd like to suggest the following change to the rate limit:
* When a user whispers a chat bot the chat bot should be allowed to reply to that user for the next few minutes with e.g. a confirmation message. Even if 15k users almost simultaneously sent a whisper to the bot user.

Links with "," are broken When a link containing a "," character is posted in chat it is rendered incorrectly. The "," terminates the link.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Post a link like e.g. "https://winfuture.de/news,157541.html" in a Twitch chat.

Would be awesome to have a comment section on your streams after they've ended for more interaction for those that didn't catch th live feed A comment section under vids we've published would be nice especially for those who couldn't see the live stream. Please consider adding a feature that allows users to delete their own chat messages.
Mistakes happen all the time in chat: typos, wrong messages, or messages sent too quickly. Giving users the ability to remove their own message would make chat cleaner and more comfortable, without impacting moderation tools.
