1. Get streamer-bots names out of the Community chat tab

   When you click that little "community" tab (image of 2 stick/ball people) it shows you a list of viewers in your chat. The bots have found a way to get their names on top of EVERY streamers chat community list (by putting 00_ASMR at the beginning of their name, or whatever). The streamer doesn't get unique views from this, doesn't get active viewers, doesn't get ad revenue, gets nothing out of it unless you're willing to sink to the level of going and self advertising in their chats. They're probably not breaking any rules, but it ruins the image and authenticity of the community tab. And it's a free way to advertise in other people's streams which should be something we can control.
   
   Oh.. I guess we have to audit our chat community tab and ban them one by one? That works for someone like me who has 2 viewers but... cmon.

3. Mouseovers on emotes pop up and make it difficult to select

   Mouseovers for channel points and emotes pop up too soon, get in the way and make it difficult to select. It gets annoying and time consuming to mouse away to somewhere else on screen and back to select an emote or a series of them in my commonly used that is blocked by a mouseover popup {userYYemoteZ}. I already know whose emote it is! Also same problem with the bonus channel point redeem. I can't click on it when it's covered by the mouseover pop up. I can see how some nerd thought it might be a neat idea, but it isn't needed and seriously interferes with the interactive side of twitch. If I want more info on a emote I see someone else use, why not enable a "right click for more info"?

4. automod

   When automod catches a message and its denied, the whole message including the persons name who sent it disappears, which is a pain for wanting to ban the person if needed. Can there be something remaining for only mods to see, so we can ban the name?

6. Emote description popup

   The popup for the emote description that comes up when cursoring over an emote in chat is causing it to be hard to select things in chat. I.E. when highlighting a raid message to right click and copy it when the channel you are watching raids another channel.

8. User Experience - Messages

   This is more of a user-experience change, though I was unable to find a category for it. I'm also including that as a suggestion because it provides context.

   Suggestion: If multiple twitch channels are open, and I receive a push notification for a whisper/message and I close the message on one tab, it should send a push to the other tabs to close that message on those channels as well

   My friend whose nick was 3wenly was banned. And chat without him is not such chat. Chat with him was so perfect and positive, but he was banned.... His suggest for unban also was denied so can you please unban him.... He realized that he wasn't right and next time he will be more careful with his communication, so can you please unban him. If you will not ban him, my friend will be so sad and he will take extreme measures. So he will be very happy if twitch will unban him.... so pleaseee

    Please remove new unnecessary whisper restriction that demands phone number. Why did twitch do this (never had problem before today)? My account is verified and I'm in the midst of preparing my stream. Now I'm locked out and cannot do anything. This is a nightmare as my contacts are now uncontactable. What genius decided this was a good idea? Fire them now.

11. Get rid Child predator and Spam Bots

    Okay Twitch so here is the Simple Idea - why don't you track chats of new accounts (chatter what they write and new streamer what's in their chat) and games often used by bots and children. e.g. Fortnite, Rocket League, Brawl Stars, Standoff 2, ASMR, just chatting.
    Track the words predators and bots use e.g. challenges, Creator code, feet, mouth, ***, "code is", also the common Emotes 🍑🍆💦
    I have this Idea because of the massive spam of “use my creator code” and pedophile activities. I’ve seen a boy dancing naked because he thought he got a 1000$ Donation and see kids show feet because they think they get followers. Twitch only react if there is someone to report. If no one reports these accounts are tree to do whatever they want.

    My idea in Detail:
    Categories:
    Check your actually most banned categories where underage reports were done. So these are the mail categories where predators are. For the bots it’s the same group and also most popular games.
    Account selection:
    Intense watch of accounts younger than 1 Month. Most predators and bots are made one week ago.
    Less Intense but still watch chats of live streamer accounts in the selected categories 3-6Month.
    You could also Involve just started stream with less than 10 viewers to track them the first 2 hours.
    Chat trigger:
    Again check your reported accounts for Scam, Bot , sexual stuff and against underage
    Check for common words and phrases.
    Use a Rating – High Priority and low Priority. In my opinion a new account using one of these words / phrases are inappropriate.
    High priority:
    e.g. challenges, mooning, show feet, 🍑, 💦,🍆, creator code, /me donated, face reveal, shirt off, add me, snapchat, designer, **, **, follow 4 follow, follow me back
    I would instantly ban these new accounts only reviewed if ppl use the tools to unban. Don’t forget the phrases from the reports you see – because also the spam bots change the text like “code is hind” is now something like “get free rare skins use hind”
    less priority:
    e.g. add me on discord, where do you life, do you have a girlfriend / boyfriend, wisper me
    Reviewed if used often. Exclude the known bots like Streamelements Nightbot Moobot ...
    You can also think about a kind of “Point System” – If in the chat of new accounts is just the word “foot” “feet” it’s not bad but e.g. someone telling “not to show feet” or “don’t take shirt off”. If ppl use in a new chat 5 or more times they will get reviewed by the support but not instantly banned.
    Probably KI can also do this and decide what is a good or a bad phrase. The “Point System” could be good to also filter old accounts who were not identified yet.
    I never did anything with Python and I took me only 12 hours to make a bot – that did in parts the same. Filtered a list of live Fortnite streamer and watches the chat about some trigger phrases. Not Perfect bc I would still need to make the list bigger, get the new accounts first and more categories. Also I would still need to report the accounts manually. Especially the bot I don’t care to report them by hand. BUT! You have all the data and also know the new accounts chatting. And you don’t lose time if it is automated.
    So PLEASE Twitch – I’m quite sure it’s not that big effort for your Team. You can easily try the system with the massive bot spamings from tion hind itsplunja and streamrise. So you can quickly save the children not to be naked, show feet or open the mouth really wide on Twitch anymore.
    Not Chat but also against bots: You could check profile pictures and compare titles of new live channels bc the sex bot streams often use the same picture – links in bio and stream title.

12. Chat ranomdly loses focus when typing more often than ever

    When I have the chat box selected and start typing, I often find I am not actually writing in the textbox and firing off all sorts of player hotkeys. Please fix this. It happens in both Chrome and Firefox and likely affects other browsers as well.

    This bug has gotten increasingly prominent over the past two months and it's getting hard to manage. The fact that the cursor appears to be in the textbox without it being actually focused is super misleading and destroys the UX.

15. Increase the total amount of users that can be blocked

    The total amount of users that can be blocked is capped at 1000 users. Sadly this is inadequate in channels with large communities. In larger channels there are often people who spam chat with incessant ant pointless posts, and the 1000 cap for blocked users just doesn't do enough. I'd recommend upping the total to 10000 would be a better standpoint to help users control what and who they have to see in the communities various chats.

17. Tool Tips Breaking UX

    The new Tool Tip pop up that has been released site wide breaks all site functionality in Chrome and Firefox whenever a UI element is hovered over. Including emote selection, all chat UI elements, mod tools, channel points, chat identities, or any UI element that has a hover over text pop up effect. Issue can be replicated on multiple systems and multiple browsers. Embedded chat in OBS uses the old tool tips and is unaffected. When the tool tip is active the entire website cannot be scrolled, including chat and main channel pages. When clicking the tool tip, the site treats this as clicking on blank space, closing emote pickers or other context menus, or even selecting UI elements that were behind the emote picker/menu, such as mod tools in chat. Preventing scrolling in chat because the mouse was hovering over a chat icon or an emote is unfortunate, but selecting safety and moderation tools inadvertently is critical. Thanks for reading. 18. Do something to fix this very common TTS racism that is rampant.

    I had someone come into chat and use a popular play on words using the words knee, and grow. It is disgusting and should never happen. I get it happening once. But he was able to make over three accounts and keep using the same phrase over and over again. I did everything I can to ban as quick as possible but as a platform you guys HAVE to do better. That is a very common joke I see used in tts all the time. You guys need to ban it. The phrase should be inaccessible. On top of that what does ban evasion detection do? A random follower followed 3 times in a row and said the exact same threatening racist phrase and there was zero detection. DO BETTER. I need my chat to be a safe space for all types and the fact that y'all arent on top of this is really sad to see.

19. Button in chat-form for a specific chat command

    I need a button that I can create in the channel chat which I can assign a specific chat command.
    When a viewer presses the button, the stored command should be written into the chat form, followed by a space
    If you ask what for, please visit our channel at Twitch and talk with !cai
    The background story is. If a user is via app in our channel he could just press this special button and then press mic input on the virtual keyboard to record his speech and transform it to text and then send his message. so he/she did not have to type any character via the keyboard to talk to cai.

20. Deactivate Specific users to Whisper you

    Hello!
    i´m a Moderator on a bigger Channel and get Whispers alot. some of them have questions and some of them tend to write annoying stuff. But i just wanna have the feature to just deactivate Whisper for a specific user rather than blocking him, cause as a moderator it would be bad if i block him, so i wouldn´t see stuff hes posting in the chat anymore
