Users in Chat should be visible ONLY to Streamers and Moderators Users in Chat is a tool that is often used for stalking, so it should be hidden from general users. At the very least, it should NOT BE VISIBLE TO USERS WHO ARE NOT LOGGED IN.
What purpose does this list serve for viewers in the first place? If a chat message is sent, you can see who sent it. Isn't that sufficient for viewers? There are people who prefer to watch streams quietly without being "hunted" by other viewers or who feel that way at times.

Allow Greater Variety to Chatters Username Colors Rather than making the option of a better/cuter chat color strictly to PAID turbo users. Make it so average viewers like the majority of us can also have a color. Of course keeping the turbo situation in mind; average viewers should have 1-4 customizable hex code slots for chatting while turbo users can have infinite. As someone whose favorite color is green, the options for green aren't the best and I wish I was able to change it just once to something I like (rather than buying turbo repetitively just for the one color).

Messages Per Minute/Seconds Slow mode has the issue that you have to wait a fixed certain amount of time before being able to respond to another chatter or the streamer
If you could limit the messages per (minute or seconds) it would allow you to respond immediately while still preventing spam
you could also mix it, e.g. allow 4 messages per 60 seconds but you could set a 5 second cool down

Bug: Chat box clash with side panel causing typing backwards There is a bug related to the interaction between Twitch chat and the For You panel.
When some text is typed into the chat box (but enter is not pressed) and the mouse hovers over a channel in the For You panel and then hovers off the channel name, the Text box will resume focus but then any further text being typed will occur in reverse.It may be related to the 'focus-visible' css class being removed from the chatbox element when the channel hover is activated.

Show username on Hype chat So... Youtube's chat is a disaster and you decided to copy the WORST feature they have? Why not...
AT LEAST, show the username on top of the chat instead of 2 letters+amount. What is the point of having "An 600€" pinned for 5h on the chat... At least having a pinned nickname is something. (I swear, amount does not have to be pinned)
BTW, this is not a good feature...

Hide/show channel emotes in emote selector or allow ordering Implement hiding of channel emotes in emote selector and/or ability to reorder them. We are subbed/gift subbed to many channels and bloating the emote selector. This allows users to hide unused channels or reorder them to reduce time it takes looking for emotes and improving chat experience by not missing a moment to respond due to looking for emotes.

Implement a voice donation button, allowing users to record voice messages for the streamer. As a user, I would like to connect more with my favorite streamer or any other streamer I like. We could achieve this by implementing a voice donation button. This means my voice would be recorded through my phone's microphone and posted as a voice note so the streamer can hear my voice and connect more. This could generate monetary benefits. However, I understand that this could lead to abuse, harassment, or vulgarities. Therefore, artificial intelligence could be used. Temporarily persist the recent raid out When you raid another channel, viewers have the option to leave the raid. Sometimes they never have the option to raid out and are left behind, or maybe saw the channel was live in a directory and joined to an offline channel with no idea where they raided. The burden is left on the streamer or moderators to ensure the channel is linked in chat to notify anyone who missed out.

Live action reactions to chat posts/messages. I believe, live actions chat reactions across the board will increase viewer/streamer interaction and make it much more likely for a streamer to check out a comment that is being highly reacted to whether negative/postive.

Add settings to shoutout command add a setting page for shoutout command for how long you like it to be shown for chat to click on the follow button and how long of a delay before shouting out the next person or at least in the article page post how long it is up for so those to change things around in there channel for it to work with other programs more smoothly.

BUG: Changing username prevents you from being able to write back If someone Whispers to you, but you change your username before replying, you can end up being unable to write back, with a message at the bottom:
"This user has turned on "Block Whispers from Strangers" in their privacy settings and must start a conversation with you first."
Thus, you end up with people writing to you and wanting an answer from you, but you can't write back, even though you should be able to, as they did started the conversation first.
