2. Channel Point reward presets and filters

   At the time I'm posting this idea, I'm a moderator on Corey_Coyote's channel and it becomes a small nuisance to refund points for a majority of his redeems when he streams VRChat because he currently doesn't have his avatars set up to where Twitch integrated redeems would work while he's playing VRChat.

   For example: a viewer redeems "Balls" expecting a group of red balls to hit Corey_Coyote's VRChat avatar from a randomized direction, but it does nothing. So I would have to scroll through the request queue to find that recent redeem (which brings up another idea) and reject it which would refund the channel point value to that viewer.

   What I'm proposing is a way to preset channel points where if the streamer's playing VRChat without Twitch integration, the streamer would be able to have a preset enabled to disable redeems that would normally work on a VTuber model so the moderator, editor or broadcaster wouldn't have to manually disable then enable specific redeems.

   This would also save the broadcaster and their mods time from having to remind viewers what redeems don't work in VRChat.

   As for managing channel point requests, a filter to sort out the requests by most recent, ascending, descending, etc. would make it easier for channel mods and/or the broadcaster to approve/reject requests.

3. Donations w/images

   When a person donates, there is an option to attach an image. But moderators need to pre approve those messages before they show up on stream.
   For example, streamer asks, "show me a picture of your dog" and someone who donates can attach an image of their dog. So everyone in the chat can see. Helps with more interactions between the streamer and a viewer.

   Right now, when the sub anniversary popup appears, it’s extremely unclear how the message input behaves. Many users assume that typing their message and pressing Enter will send it as the anniversary message - but instead, it just sends a regular chat message while the anniversary prompt remains open.

   Allow pressing Enter to send the anniversary message instead of posting to regular chat. Add a “Discard/Cancel” button to close the popup safely so that I can send a regular message if I want to.

   so I was banned for "stop hurting them" and "stop attack", for gaming comments.. .. duh... point is I was banned but I could not see what I said... when you ban someone you need to always show what was said. you normally can not see why you are banned... in twitch you need wait 15 minutes and only then there can you see how or why you are banned... and then after that you again can not see any reasons or explanations why...I would like to have you tell me I said "don't hurt them" and "stop attack" and whatever I said thirdly in a channel where there was some attacking and some hurting... hahaha... obviously stupid.

9. Let IRL Streamers Start Shared Chat from Mobile for Better Collabs

   IRL streamers need a simple way to start shared chat directly from mobile, without needing a desktop, remote access, or being forced into a voice/video call.

   Right now, when two IRL streamers link up in person, we have to remote into our PC to start a shared chat — which is slow, clunky, and not viable while out and about. On top of that, the current shared experience requires a call via the app, which we don't want.

   We just want to send an invite, the other streamer accepts, and that’s it — we can both put our phones back in our pockets and keep walking.

   Key Points:

   No desktop required

   No remote desktop workarounds

   No forced “call” style interaction via the app

   Just a shared chat invite and accept — done

   Why It’s Important:

   Most IRL streamers are multi-streaming and use third-party chat apps to read chat already

   Being stuck in a “call” UI disrupts how we operate and adds friction

   A lightweight mobile-friendly way to link chats would make spontaneous meetups and planned collabs smooth and professional

   Viewers get the full story from both streams in real-time

   Ideal Flow:

   One streamer taps “Start Shared Chat” in the Twitch app

   Sends invite to another live streamer

   Other streamer taps “Accept”

   Shared chat is now live — no call, no setup, no awkward UI lock-in

11. super broken channel mod stuff (recent)

    im not sure what is going on backend, but a lot of stuff is being broken, as a channel mod for a few channels its really bad, i no longer see highlights in chat like suspicious user, new chatter ect.
    The mod actions panel yesterday was 3 days behind and acting like it was a buffering video stream.
    An unban request was submitted today, but for me it did not appear in the unban requests queue.
    i tryed multiple browsers to see if it was a me issue, then asked in other mod channels in discords, its not a me issue.
    so i asked reddit, again, people on reddit confirming the same.
    people will come into a channel and open with questionable comments, i will mark them as suspicious, mod actions panel doesnt update saying i have marked them as suspicious, then in chat they are not highlighted as suspicious (to me and some other mods for the same channel)
    to prove its not just something happening to me and some of the wonderful folk i mod with, i made a reddit post, asking.
    it didnt gain a ton of traction but shows it happening to others and not just myself and people in one channel

12. Improve warning when typing in live chat while rewinding the stream

    As per current implementation, when rewinding the stream Twitch Chat have a pop up warning saying: "Chat is live" over the chat box.

    This is very appreciated, but also confusing wording, as it could be interpreted as follows:

    "You have not been disconnected from chat, everything is in order"

    A more elaborate warning like "Chat is currently ahead and matching live" would make it clearer that the chatter is currently replying to others in the "future".

    I would like to believe that very few chatters actually want to reply to footage happening in the past. A pop-up stopping them from doing so accidentally would be appreciated by many.

    Specifically, I am thinking of a dialogue pop-up on sending a message that is similar to:
    "You are currently sending a message to a chat that is ahead." and then be present the chatter with the option to send the message anyway or to return to the chat box with the text in it.

    The option to "Do not show again" could also be presented.

    Estaría muy bien que arreglaseis el xat de móvil, no funciona nunca, no carga y no puedo ver los mensajes de los demás, con el tiempo siempre acabo xateando yo solo sin ver que es lo que me responde el xat, a ver si lo podéis arreglar ya para la semana que viene, va fatal y debería ser vuestra primera prioridad ¿sabes lo peor de todo? Que este problema le pasa a todos los que usan Twitch desde iphone, el mío el 15 en específico, estaría bien arreglar el problema para los iphone users.

14. combine chat issues

    Combined chat is too restrictive for chatters that include lots of chats together. I'm banned in the chat from one member of a group of streamers that stream together a lot because of a personal disagreement.
    Really it was pretty nonsense ban IMO and I think my block was totally unjust, but I could see from a mods perspective how it might have come off as parasocial...

    but anyway I'm blocked from every other chat when they stream together, sometimes as many as a half a dozen to a dozen streams combined together that effectively have banned me out of other peoples chats that I've known for many years and been a sub to and have no issues with. Many which I've been in for over 5 years at least with no issues.
    This is crazy restrictive and I don't think that's the way it was intended to be put together with combined chat.

    Maybe it would be possible to let the user decide to only comment in one chat or maybe don't completely ban a user from the combined chat if the chats are combined? If someone is banned out of a combined chat do they get banned on every channel or only the mod/streamer's that does it? How does that even work? I'm only banned on that streamers channel none of the other dozen or so people I'm a regular viewer of and that they regularly stream with. They were solo streaming when I was banned.

    All the channels I've followed now have this on, and I can't chat on any channels, as I do not have a phone to verify my account.

    I get why Streamers/ Moderators do it for Good Reasons but I'm also seeing alot of Streamers/ Moderators do it for Bad Reasons more over the past couple of years now.. for example: Chatters annoying a individual Streamer/ Moderator to the point they've gotten said person so triggered that they've just cross-banned them in every channel they have moderator status in, which I feel isn't right.. Just because you annoyed them in 1 channel doesn't justify that you are bad in general to be banned every other channel. You sometimes see streamers pull up the chatter they are cross-banning and search the name in every channel they have moderator status in to see if this chatter they are cross-banning talks alot in the channels they have moderator status in and if they see the person does talk alot in one of the channel they moderate in they then take pleasure aka "Sadomasochism" in banning you there live on the stream I've seen 8 very large streamers do this now! or something as little as posting a clip to Reddit and get crossbanned just for linking a clip nothing ToS nothing to warrant a ban in a chat just because you annoyed the streamer/ moderators for linking a clip you wanted to share.

    Also lets say you've done something REALLY bad in someone's chat/ channel I now think it isn't justified to cross-ban the said chatters in other peoples chat/ channels I now think & feel this should be left to the Twitch Support/ Reporting Team now to deal with not for random Streamers/ chat moderators to deal with due to this abusive power I keep seeing. Or even yet bring back "Global Moderators" & "Admins" to deal with these matters. Not chat moderators like back in the day I didn't see this much abusive of power when global moderators & admins where around!

    I'd also like to add as there is alot of talk about Twitch-Con and violence towards streamers I could also would say this is potentially one of many reasons for the possible violence towards streamers.. Because when a chatter get's cross-banned and refuses to make an alternate account it is demoralising that you click into a stream that you enjoyed watching and can't talk in it anymore because of a disgruntled Streamer or Chat Moderator and now due to the "Semi new" Twitch Feature "Stop banned users from viewing stream" some chatters can't even watch the stream they enjoyed anymore as if your banned this feature blocks the stream from being viewed ever again.

    I can go on and on about this but I'll leave it here. I feel Cross-Banning should now be blocked to all streamers & chat moderators and left to the Twitch Staff, Twitch Support & or the Report Team and if they can't handle the load then reinstate the trusted "Global Moderators" again & or "Admins" like we used to have back in the day.

    So I'd like to start this with me being an Avid Twitch Watcher since 2015, So I've watched Twitch & the Chat Grow and Change actively over the years... But I think it's time that we Block Cross-banning now

19. [Feature Request] Shared Chat Cross-Channel Poll Synchronization

    When streamers use the Shared Chat feature on Twitch, the in-chat polls are currently only visible and voteable in the channel where the poll was created. This leads to fragmented interaction and confusion for viewers in participating channels who cannot see or participate in ongoing polls.

    Proposed Improvement:

    • Enable full cross-channel synchronization of polls within Shared Chat sessions. Specifically:

    • Polls created in any participating streamer's chat should automatically propagate to all other linked Shared Chat instances.

    • Voting should be possible from any of the connected chats, contributing to a global poll result.

    • Poll visibility and interaction should be consistent across all viewers, regardless of which stream they are watching within the Shared Chat.

20. Allow me to hide raid numbers

    When I am raided, a chat message with the number of raiders is posted into chat by Twitch. While knowing raid numbers after the fact is useful, knowing them at the time is distracting and annoying. I would like to have the option to change the raid message to simply "[x] raided you!"
