Ad Timeouts Time a user out for a given amount of time, during which time Twitch ads roll for them instead of the stream. If the specified time is not equal to the amount needed for an ad slot (i.e. rounded to 30/60/120 seconds), round the time up to the nearest applicable value. If necessary, streamers could not be reimbursed for the viewing of these ads to discourage their use to pad revenue.

Mods can deleat Mod messages It would be nice if a MOD could deleat a messages from himself or another MOD.
No one is perfect, maybe its a small spoiler or a word that is not fitting for a MOD.
And sometime the Streamer cant go out of the Stream or would destroy a challange run.

Channel Views Bug With the removal of channel views - a good change, it was a redundant stat anyways - it stopped the number of channel views from going up, since it was no longer being counted. Issue being, clicking on a newer streamer's name in chat and bringing up their little user card, they will have 50-100 followers, whatever, but 0 channel views because they aren't being counted. It makes them look like they botted their followers and don't even stream. Might just be a overlook in the UI?

ability for moderation to flag chatters/viewers To add an option for caster and moderators to anonymously flag a chatter/viewer for tracking.
For example: allow a caster/moderator for which the stream has low restrictions on account creation to flag a chatter that has an account created in the last few days for better visibility, be it immediate or in the future.
Kinda like a flag for suspicious accounts manually set by the moderation.

Personalised word filter Make it possible to set up a personal filter of words. Sentences using that word will automatically no be displayed for me no matter what channel Im in.
Why ?
Many streams, especially of large streamers are filled with spam that provides no value for me and makes the chat unreadable. Examples are pepelaugh, kekw, lulw, pog etc.
This is a personal preference and I dont think its realistic that I should need to run around and convince each streamer to ban the words I dont like.

Give chat bots a [bot] tag and separate them into their own user level/category I acknowledge that some parts of this concept has been requested in general, however I would like to offer a possible solution that will solve many of the suggestions at once, as well as offer further features down the line.

Slash Command A lot of bots are used to create and use commands. Moreover twitch have a command system (with /, for example /mods /vips, etc) and use of commands spam chats.
So the idea is to allow developers to access those slash commands, by adding an command via twitch API (as Discord did).

Client-side timestamps and message cooldown timer seem highly exploitable. So, I was chatting and I noticed my timestamps were 7 minutes ahead of everyone else's. I re-synced my system clock via NTP...but then I wasn't able to chat for ~7 minutes because my previous message was sent from what my computer considered seven minutes IN THE FUTURE, triggering the flood protection message cooldown.
I imagine it works in the other direction as well, in which case there's no way this isn't somehow exploitable.
What other time-based protection is handled client-side in defiance of all reason? The timer to be let into follower-only chat after following? Moderation timeouts? I can't…

Remove my own account from leadeboards Hi,
I would like to be able remove myself from leaderboard of specific channel.
I am able to do it globally in my account setting, but after supporting 100+ channels, I would like to be able to remove it from a specific one and keep the rest. I have supported few creators, which have been associated with some kind of drama and I have been harassed online for supporting them, eventhough I supported them before the drama.Is it possible to add some kind of feature to channel's chat or account setting to be excluded from specific leaderboards?

/rules command As rules appear only once and not a lot of people really reads them in reality it would be a good idea to implement /rules command that would show the rules popup.

Link to the rules when message is deleted When a mod deletes a message because of a rules violation of the steam a link to those rules should be in the deleted message. This could help the mods in a few ways. They would not have to spam messages in the chat about not using caps or spamming with a message that has words all in caps. they could just delete the message and it have a link in the deleted message so the user is not left to say, "WTF, why was my message deleted". Protecting young streamers Problem statement:
There are numerous young streamers ( kids & teens ) on Twitch, that are an easy abuse target, by older kids, by adults , and worst of all, by criminals.Questions:

sos command Streamers with a stream deck have the ability to create a panic button that will do a slew of things. Turning on sub mode, slowing chat, clearing chat, setting a stream marker, capturing a clip for documentation.
