Allow Mod Comments to be Edited/Removed + Mod Comment Log/Record Implementing a flagging/warning system would probably be too complicated, so in the meantime I regularly add "Keep an eye on" messages via Mod Comments as a reminder to myself and also to inform other Mods that a user has been flagged because they caught my attention - just not negatively enough to warrant banning them right away.
It would be nice to have a Log/Record of Mod Comments being added to a User Card because there's no way of knowing unless a Mod specifically communicates that they did so, or you happen to find out by opening the specific User's…

user name harassing ive recently been harrassed for being transgender ..this is the 5th time and its only getting worse.. got bot raided..found a way around that...very mean comments and hate talk ..took care of that.. they always also come in twos..everytime its two people.. but this time i was being harrased through the user names.. by them spoofing my channel points pop ups.. by making obsene names ..so i recommend figuring out what can be done for making names..

It is time for twitch to take action and protect their streamers Twitch has become a cesspool of creeps and weirdos.. Twitch needs to protect their streamers. There is many ways things can be started.
Give streamers better ways to mask their identities.
Hook up with online harassment and government groups.
Twitch is owned by Amazon and amazon has meta data on all its users inorder to help the authorities find these creeps!!
Meta data IE: Usernames, emails, ips, even ring data..I’m not very smart but things are getting extremely weird on some of these streams..

Randomly asking users for their phone numbers should not be a thing I contacted Twitch support about this and they told me to leave my feedback here. So here it is.
Randomly asking users who have never caused any trouble on Twitch to verify their phone number to keep participating in communities is not a nice move. In fact, I'd call it an a-hole move. This does absolutely NOTHING to keep chat safe.

Mass ban/timeout for hate raids Recently i had to fend off a hate raid that brought in around a hundred fresh bot accounts following the channel, the immediate subchat/emoteonly reaction was very effective, along with shield mode but dealing with the aftermath was very painful. Would be nice to have the option to ban multiple accounts at once, maybe even from the Activity Feed itself. It took me around 15m to ban every new account that followed and clicking on each single name waiting for the corresponding section of the mod view to load the ban button in felt like a waste of time.

Private viewer list + private usernames Hello, thank you for implementing the recent phone verification feature. That has been really helpful, along with all the other safety features you have. I am a small streamer who is dealing with a harasser/doxxer who regularly makes new usernames and comes into my chat to drop my real name and address. The phone verification has prevented him from doing that in chat, but now he comes in and whispers my dox to everyone on my viewer list. Mod View Chat broke after /shoutout implemented Using latest Chrome browser edition, i'm unable to do /slash commands, @, or reply to specific chats; basically anything that has a popup overlay in Mod View. This happened after /shoutout was pushed live on the service. I'm able to do all these things in normal channel chat view.

Restricted/Suspicious User Messages should post to Logs Twitch's newer features automatically flagging "suspicious users" as well as the ability of mods to "restrict" user messages is a FANTASTIC addition.
The issue is these flagged messages are currently not added to the users chat log, so when they are banned moderators can't look back later to see what they did, same for the unban requests.
Can the suspicious/restricted user messages be added to their chat log? Currently they seem to disappear into the ether.

Add Unban Request and Mod Comments to User Chat History If a user submits an unban request and a moderator makes a comment this information is not stored in their user card. The content of their unban request should appear in their chat history in some capacity, and the moderator's response to the unban should appear in the "Mod Comments" section. Record keeping and communication between mods and streamers is crucial to the safety of a channel.

`жид` should not be a censored word The word "жид" is a normal ukrainian word used by ukrainian poets and writers of all sorts throughout centuries, which is used to call people with jewish nationality. It has no offensive meaning at all, same as in polish.
However, this word is offensive ONLY in russian and many ukrainian streamers are deleting chat messages with word "жид" being afraid to get banned by twitch moderators.

Shared Ban Ethical Considerations I am hoping to clarify, distinguish, and point out a certain aspect of this Shared Account Ban tool may prevent repeat harassers, but also enable abusers to further bully and cancel victims. automatically flagging of user account My account was "automatically flagged and temporarily blocked to prevent abuse" and now I am unable to chat.
I had not interacted with the channel except to click the follow button prior to this block being applied. To be clear - there were absolutely no messages sent by me to this channel prior to this block happening. I have since sent an unban request, and am still waiting for a response.
My account now displays "Banned on Linked Account" and searching tells me that 'If a user is seeing this message, they have had another account with their phone/email banned…

Make mods actions more fairly used. Some moderators could abuse mod tools for no reasons. Take a look from some Discord servers when there no moderation control inside. I would Twitch could be more restrictive about how Mods should work and how to ban properly an toxic user. This suggestion could fit in any social medias cases. Add "politics" to the AutoMod menu This function is intended for filtering political discussions or statements in the chat.
To this day, the streamer still has to point out in order to prevent such things in the chat. It is also not uncommon for political debates to continue in the same stream. So the creator and moderators need to watch out for people who don't follow the streamer's words.

Friendly Timeouts That don't produce a suspicious activity label on viewers I'm sure I'm not the only streamer that does this. But I have a Tarot card reward in my chat, and one of the possible Tarot cards will mute you for 30 seconds. When I initially made this reward, I was not expecting one of my VIPs to be marked as "Suspicious."
As a result, I'm now worried that people on my channel, or any channel, that uses similar rewards may cause people to be labeled "suspicious" just for playing games on a stream.

Shared ban feature I think this feature would be more helpful if moderators could also send requests and accept them on behalf of their content creators. As it is now, content creators have to do all of the work and some just want to game and let their mods do it.

Give verified status to users who have recieved payouts. Personally, i do not have a mobile phone by choice. I have no need for it, so i'm not going to waste money paying for it each month. Therefor, i don't have a way to verify my login even though i have the authy app, 2fa enabled, and i'm affiliate. They have my tax information, but they won't "verify" me.
The best thing i could think of is if a user has received payouts, give them the same status as if they had a phone. I know a lot of users who stream, but don't have a phone to verify…
