1. Streamers calling Australians rapists and convicts is allowed why?

   Why are Australians targeted abuse of streamers and why is it allowed? I will be contacting Australian advertisers and letting them know that Twitch allows this.

2. Filter warnings/timeouts/bans on usercard

   Let us filter between warnings, timeouts, and bans on the usercard. Currently we have to scroll through an entire log and pick out what warnings were for, and they get lost in the clutter for a channel that uses timeouts as rewards for channel point redemptions or community games. Warnings are great, but made nearly ineffective if untrackable in detail.

3. Change how "Viewer Reputation" works

   It has come to my attention that mods can see the global data of how many times an user has been banned or timed out... And I can see how that can be easily abused or misleading, and I advise keeping those stats ONLY to staff, and ONLY take measures on those metrics on confirmed reports of spammers or clearly malicious individuals.

   Examples of cases:

   • Mob Mentality - Some groups of streamers may gang up on a target for petty reasons and ban them even if they have not been on their stream at all. Example: Viewer A has been banned by Streamer A for reasons (that may be or not valid), Streamer B, C, D, E, F, all of which are mods for Streamer A, bans Viewer A in their own channels, but some of those (let's say Streamer E and F) banned without knowing the context. That alone got 6 bans on Viewer A when it should have been 4 at most, and maybe what Viewer A did ONLY applies to the rules in Streamer A's channel, but not on B, C, D, E nor F.

   • "Just a joke" - Sometimes a streamer or mod bans (and unbans immediately after) or times out on a joke. I have seen this happen a lot, and is never of ill intent, it's always an inside joke in the community... But imagine what other mods will see when that user goes to another channel. They'll get the wrong impression... Example: Streamer A goes to Streamer B's channel and makes a silly joke, to which Streamer A asks his mods to ban him, and his mods are in on it that Streamer A and B are good with each other, so they ban and unban him immediately. Alternatively, asks to time them out for ten minutes. It will add strikes against Streamer A for... An inside joke. Of the group he is part of.

   • Accident - Oh my... How many times I've seen this happen... A streamer is, of course, busy focusing with his game; a mod is on alert because of bots and the like, and accidentally misclicks the mod tools and times out someone for ten minutes (and apologizes and rectifies that mistake immediately). But the damage is done though... One particular case involved a mod banning the viewer instead of a bot because he was trying to ban a bot but mistook the name when entering the command.

   • Joke Redeems and Commands - I've seen people set joke redeems or commands that involves the viewer willingly asking to be timed out. Although it's more often than not used for when the viewer slipped a backseat or spoiler and wants to erase their last message (particularly with the command "!seppuku" that some bots have, that allows the user to request the bot to time them out for 1 second and clear chat messages)

   • Misbehaving Moderator - Sometimes a moderator may go rogue because of someone they have a vendetta with, and they may more aggressively moderate a viewer and even be called out by the streamer a number of times to "take it easy" and "it is alright, they slipped", or "only a purge is enough". Sometimes the streamer may have enough and demote or ban the mod, but sometimes they keep the mod around because they are accustomed to them or they have no one that they can trust to take the mod position at that time.

   In other words, as is, Twitch created a sort of echo chamber between moderators that allows for spread of misinformation about a viewer's behavior by neither allowing the viewer check AND contest those stats, nor having a context behind the actions that resulted in those bans and timeouts being recorded in a global manner. And even if context is provided, how can one tell the difference between "viewer was being a **" (serious) and "viewer was being a **" (joke)?

   So yes, those metrics are harmful as is. Perhaps could have those metrics go down over time if the viewer behaves elsewhere, and not allow a ban to be lifted and reapplied to extend the metric through an exploit. Like let's say for example: Streamer A bans Viewer A, Viewer A has that strike against them for a month (the ban stays indefinite), after a month that specific ban's strike wears off, Streamer A is aware of the strike wearing off and then unbans and bans Viewer A to try to renew/extend the strike before the month wears off, but it doesn't extend because Viewer A hasn't interacted in Streamer A's channel since, so Streamer A has "no valid reason to renew the strike".
   For Timeouts, that strike should wear off faster (based on the duration of the timeout).

4. Add Romanian language to AutoMod

   Please allow us to set the AutoMod language to Romanian.

   Currently you cannot use words like "***"(Q U M you know the word, don't censor it here as well please) which means "how" in Romanian.

   Romanian streamers often have AutoMod ON by default which literally censors us from speaking our own language, in a Romanian stream.

   So many users/Streamers with incorrect Content use Pools hot tubs beaches, to get Max viewers, maximum Subs, and followers, an example, i have reported daedotfrankyloko over 100 times for being in pools, when its clearly not Content for the Category. Nothing is Done. as a streaming platform you Twitch 24/7 should Monitor and stop The abuse on your platform,

   Moderators play a crucial role in maintaining chat order, enforcing rules, and ensuring a positive viewer experience. Allowing them to initiate raids empowers them to support the streamer even further.

   When a streamer is wrapping up their broadcast, moderators can seamlessly trigger a raid to send viewers to another channel. This helps the streamer end their stream on a positive note while introducing their audience to new content.

   Emergency Situations:

   Sometimes, streamers encounter unexpected issues (technical glitches, personal emergencies, etc.) that force them to end their stream abruptly. In such cases, moderators can step in and initiate a raid to redirect viewers to another live channel.

   Idea is to be able to view a user chat history even if they aren't in chat or stream live. This is often useful to be able to see previous chat messages after a stream, currently only way i know of doing this is by taking mod action so something to click in modview. This would be a mod feature but possibly could be useful for general use if a user wanted to see their mentions in chat etc. Sometimes might be asked something and you forget it. General feature would only be limited to any interaction they had whereas mod version would be able to check all in channel.

    Allow streamers to disable all new follows while shield mode is active. I have been botted multiple times and even with follower verification at Email and Phone, I've still gotten bot follows.

    я не понимаю, почему слово ПИЗДА на твиче может расцениваться как оскорбление женщины, но слово ХУЙ не может расчениваться как оскорбление мужчины... Меня впринципе тошнит от всех слов на букву Х, но почему-то это слово свободно используется повсеместно. Скажите, Твич осознанно продвигает идею ДИСКРИМИНАЦИИ ПО ПОЛОВОМУ ПРИЗНАКУ, или он просто незаметил этого МАЛЕНЬКОГО ДВОЙНОГО СТАНДАРТА????? или, может бы, вам весело, когда люди чувствуют себя угнетёнными? Или вы мужененавистники? Прошу внести слово ХУЙ в список запрещенных, если оно используется по отношению к мужскому полу, так же как и слово ПИЗДА. Потому что из-за этого многие считают слово ПИЗДА просто запретным словом и боятся это говорить, таким образом я вынуждена слышать слово ХУЙ каждые 5 секунд, потому что оно ни в каком смысле не является запретным. Это безумно сильно раздражает настолько, насколько это вообще возможно.

13. Add an option to end the stream on behalf of the streamer if they are unable to due to medical issues

    Please add an emergency option to immediately end the stream through a mod action in the event that the streamer has a medical emergency, i know this is an option for editors but there's not always one around, to prevent abuse of a stream ending system any moderator that initiates a stream end will have all moderator rights and access suspended until the streamer reinstates them

I have a proposal for the company (Twitch) and I need an email to send it to for evaluation. This is NOT the type of proposal that can be posted on a public site. 16. Let's Make Links in Mod Comments Clickable!

    Hey Twitch Community,

    I've got a simple suggestion that could make life easier for all of us, especially mods. Right now, when someone shares a link in a mod comment, it's just plain text. We have to copy and paste it to access it, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when it's for something like checking out a screenshot.

    So, how about we make those links clickable in user cards? It's a quick and easy fix that would save us all time and make things smoother. Whether it's for reviewing evidence, sharing resources, or anything else, clickable links would be a game-changer.

    I think this change would be a breeze to implement and would make Twitch even better for everyone.

    Double Standards: Twitch's guidelines target VTubers and virtual women more strictly than real-life streamers, such as those in hot tubs.

    Financial Impact: VTubers face high costs to update their models, while real-life streamers can easily change outfits. It's also, not real. I understand decency and having tags for certain "suggestive" content but no one, no advertiser losing money for Jessica Rabbit and advertisements with characters like her along with their male equivalents. (body builders in speedos)

    Fictional Characters: Characters like Winnie the Pooh could violate Twitch's guidelines, highlighting inconsistency. Furry V-tubers . this is

    Censorship Concerns: Policies give moderators subjective control over acceptable content, impacting all avatars, including non-binary ones.

    Gender Bias: There are concerns about Twitch's history of gynophobia and biased treatment of feminine-presenting avatars.

    Cultural Regression: The guidelines reflect outdated attitudes, reminiscent of conservative practices like skirt measuring.

    Projection Issue: Twitch’s moderation may project biases onto content, reinforcing anti-progressive stances.

    Inconsistent Enforcement: Previous bans of non-explicit content, such as "Dumpy" emotes, demonstrate arbitrary policy enforcement.

    Power Dynamics: The changes feel like a misuse of power, pushing cultural standards instead of respecting diverse creative expression.

    Some appointed censor has to go around checking every vtuber Avatar. This means going through male, female, and non-binary Avatar. That is either human or nonhuman. Is Felix the Cat suddenly a nudist? What of Bugs Bunny?
    What of ogling the real women?

    As for the real life women I can understand trying to make sure that covering up happens on general streams That's fine. This is not and adult site so no genitalia or feminine presenting nipples shown. No adult toys. No explicit content shown to children. Fine and Dandy.

    It's interesting because if it's not explicit and fine in games to stream. Why can't vtubers also have that freedom? And who consideres what sexual? remember the Dumpy emote? That was a great amount of silliness. Proof that twitch policies are fallible and ridiculous. If one saw sexual stimulation or suggestion in an animation from a KID'S MOVIE (Open Season) then maybe they're not fit to make rules for anybody. Sadly it seems that person is still in the decision process.

    Kids are not harmed by going to a Beach. Would that same advertiser have an issue with ****** feeding? Or what adult women wear in dance class?

    It just hits a little too judgmental of a woman based on what she wears. That That is, historically and currently, misogynist. It's judging a woman's value and worth depending if she covers up. That's not good signaling.

    I understand the tug of war on such touchy issues, I understand advertisers are very very conservative to the point of being regressive. But now you made a lot of people angry. Legit or misinterpreting your rules. they have a reason.

    I hope i'm misinterpreting them. If i'm not then you just put an unwashed foot in to the cake.

20. Sub history shows gifted or individual sub

    At the top of the user card in mod view it currently shows, for example, "Tier 1 - Subbed for 3 Months". It would be helpful if this user card would show whether the user was the recipient of a gift sub or if they have purchased their own sub.
