Accidental Ban / Check for users with certain roles I was horrified this week when a long term viewer was accidentally banned because a mod had a faulty mouse. Luckily it was picked up on VERY quickly and the user unbanned however it means they are now on banned lists, lose certain streaks and had a negative experience that could have been avoided.
I do however understand the need to ban users quickly.
As a work around, could there be a 'check' when banning users that meet certain criteria based on either their channel role or follow age to prevent accidental bans?

Site-wide Ban For Specific Bot Messages These nezhna.com spam bots are out of control. I only stream for an hour or 2 and we get about 3 of these in chat every stream, under different twitch accounts. I know a handful of my friends who stream have also seen this.
The message is something like: "Your chat's so quiet, I can hear your viewers snoring. 😴 Wake them up with NEZHNA .COM @sXV25PHp" but there are variants. I have an automod phrase set but we still need to manually ban them. I feel like we shouldn't have to do that though.

PermaBan Morgpie She's been banned over 10 TIMES! The last ban her 10th one was a 24 hour slap on the wrists. Its unfair to other content creators that have gotten banned for several years for doing less.

Changing how / commands work So when typing a command such as /shoutout /shield will show-up first, when at /sh however shoutout is probably called a lot more commonly and was thinking perhaps sorting instead of alphabetically, but by what's most commonly called. Or even let people be able to adjust what they want higher.

This happened to me today and now I'm left to just guess at when or if I will ever be able to talk in twitch chat again. I don't have a mobile phone, and I probably never will. Mobile Moderation Mobile Moderation needs to be fixed. If I issue a warning to a user, they can no longer type in chat because there's too many bugs that make it to where they cannot acknowledge the warning.

Fix recent Mod View bugs Currently, ModView is bugged. The Ad Timer disappears for mods/editors after a short time during stream. Pins are not visible to moderators most of the time within Modview and now, as a Mod, I am no longer being sent along on Raids. This just started on Friday (8/23)

Add more topics in Reports It would be good to have an option to report Racism on Twitch, sometimes I see a lot of "disguised" messages in some streamers' chats and there is no way to report it because there is no correct option, causing the report to be denied, it is scary how many cases like this happen, and I believe that Twitch should pay more attention to these cases too.

global chat cooldown Hi to all, talking here as a 5 years experience daily unsing twitch and twitch moderator of small spanish community.
The problem:
Toxicity during events where variety of streamers participate.Origin of the problem:
Here in spanish communities a percentage of the communities are too emotional and tends to go in other streamer channels and text things that becomes toxic and generates bad feelenigs both the streamers and regular chat users.
We as a moderators have the needed tools to ban them and normally we create moderation discords to ban them across distinct stremers.Suggestion:

Keep up the good work - You’re 100% right on Hasan I realize that there is a lot of noise on Reddit and from AIPAC funded folks (Torres) vis-a-vis Hasan. I just want to say that you are absolutely doing the right thing by continuing not to touch him. People are stretching really hard to silence one of the loudest pro Palestine voices on the internet instead of trying to stop a genocide. Moderation Helper aprogram Letting pepole for exmaple 16+ from other countrys then the USA apply and help answer mods question if they encounter someone talking example wise norwegian with understanding them. Google Translate cant always translate perfectly or see the context / know norwegian stuff this would also be a good way to improve moderation and maybe let younger pepole get a insight at how it is working for twitch.
