Fix recent Mod View bugs
Currently, ModView is bugged. The Ad Timer disappears for mods/editors after a short time during stream. Pins are not visible to moderators most of the time within Modview and now, as a Mod, I am no longer being sent along on Raids. This just started on Friday (8/23)

Adding to this to confirm, raid outs are broken for me when I'm Mod View. I did submit a support ticket, but it was immediately closed when I responded their troubleshooting steps had no affect.

Twitch's administration doesn't give a **** about me, for a few months I've been writing to them to take away my DJ badge because it bothers me, prohibits me from vods and clips. Scandal for Twitch. How many more emails should I send how many messages should I send to you where else should I write to get you to take away this ********* **** blocking my work?

Same, pinning messages sometimes work or not (never appears has having worked on my and some other mods' side at the channel I'm at). Raids seem to the most buggy for me (crashed the iOS mod view app on my tablet I sometimes have on the side). Seen reports of other mods not able to start polls (or, they'd start technically for everyone but not appear as so on the mod-view side of things).
Mod view just in general seems to really be buggy and weird as of recently.

Can confirm I am also seeing these issues. Can see the pins outside of modview. Also did not get sent in a raid this morning. Ad timer is quite sporadic.
