Bot Role Could we have the ability to identify channel bots separately from human mods? The bots need the mod permissions a lot of the time but the streamers often start ignoring the bot messages in order to focus on chat, but unfortunately that seems to often lead to streamers ignoring any mod messages, not just bots.

Activity Monitoring Page As someone who mods for a fair number of streamers, trying to keep an eye on things at all these different places can get hectic. Something I have considered for a while is the creation of another type of mod view page. On this page there is a text input to add a streamer you mod for and have it will populate with a column of the panels you want from the mod view.
You could have it set up to show Activity Feed, Rewards Queue, and Suspicious User Activity as an example.

Ad-break During raids to various channels as a mod, viewer, and chatter, a concern I have noticed is when the streamer is introducing themselves, an almost immediate ad-break occurs or too soon within their introductory period. The advertisements vary in length and number, which during this period, the incoming group of viewers may loose interest or patience to sit through as they are unable to acknowledge who the streamer is and community they are joining into and if it’s for them. Too little, too late for Hasan Piker Because you have let Hasan Piker go on promoting his terrorist propaganda for so long and have not permanently banned him for it, I will never be returning. I will never spend one more cent on Twitch and will most likely never use Amazon Prime again due to the promoted affiliation. You really should have taken greater action. I will be spreading the word to alternative sources for streamers. I will also be contacting advertisers in regard to your acquiescence on the permanent ban of Hasan Piker, the terrorist promoter and sympathizer. Good riddance.

Suggestion Regarding Moderator Message Deletion Functionality Dear Twitch Team,
I would like to suggest an improvement to the current moderation tools available in Twitch chat.
At present, moderators are unable to delete their own messages, and removing other users' messages can be unnecessarily complicated, especially during fast-paced streams where quick action is critical.

shoutout queue Shoutouts will be added to a queue, and will auto shoutout when the timer is up rather than having to wait for the 2min timer. This will make multi raids, large collabs, and shouting out multiple streamers friends in chat much easier for the mods, and focus their attention where its needed on the chat.

fullscreen & chat In standard view, when I open fullscreen, I can still open the chat on the right side and keep a larger, otherwise fullscreen size. In Mod View, could we add that feature? It is much more convenient, but currently if I open fullscreen from Mod View, I cannot also see chat.

"Chat Highlights" in *Mod View* aren't working anymore For more than 3 weeks there's a bug which is preventing Chat Highlights to be shown in Mod View. You can fix it by toggling them on and off. But I wish it would just work normally again, right away.

Enable/disable blocked Words based on category There should be a way to blacklist/whitelist words only in certain categories.
Example: A streamer is on an IRL stream. To prevent their location from leaking, city-names or even coordinates (latitude and longitude) for entire regions are added so they don't end up in the chat.
But the city-names are totaly fine in normal Just Chatting.
And of course, "09.08" is also the format for the date and not just lat/long.To avoid having to delete the entire blacklist after each IRL stream and then refill it the next time, category-specific filtering would be desirable.

confirmaton/warning before banning someone you follow i typed "/b(tab)" instead of "/v(tab)", this meant an accidental ban instead of vip, and caused me to be silently unfollowed, when it shouldve either given the unfollow confirmation message like when the button is clicked normally, or give a link to let you unfollow if you happen to be following
in all cases, unfollowing shouldnt occur automatically or silently

new idea on banz I would rather have the following for banz
you can ban from 1 to 360 days
the person banned can still watch and see the chat where there chat box iz iz a countdown day hour minute second until they are unbanned they still collect channel pointswith any one ban you can select buyout
if you select buyout the person can buy 1 gift sub + 1 sub to remove the ban
you can also select turn on the buy out in the chat box to show people how many times you bought out the bans beside your name

Report on Artificial Viewership Manipulation & Toxic Behavior Dear Twitch Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a streamer melaniejonas who is engaging in artificial viewership manipulation by using a significant number of bots in their streams. This individual maintains an average viewership of around 90 viewers, but in reality, only about 10 real people are watching. The rest are artificially generated bots, some of which are high-quality enough to appear in the viewer list.

Add language in TOS/Guidelines to restrict saying Subs/Bits funds will go to Charity This ticket can be under Charity, Legal and Moderation categories
There has been TOO many incidents where creators have said that funds from Sus and Bits will go to charity, their moderation teams, etc.
Twitch needs CLEAR guideline updates to discourage this behavior as its gray area scamming their communities in the fact that end users buy bits, or gift subs and Twitch takes a cut of those funds, and the charities the creators say they are supporting NEVER see those funds.

Allow chat to restrict problem users when the streamer or moderators are busy There are many moments when streamers are too busy to look at chat or step away from the screen. Many streamers don't always have mods present or their mods aren't always able to read chat. In the moments where the viewers are aware of a problem user, but the streamers and mods are busy, maybe there's potential for trusted users or VIPs to restrict users through reporting until the streamer/mods can take a look. Delete message when looking in message log or better mod Icons So a small thing but would be nice the Mod tool Icons there very close together, and with shaky hands or super sensitive mice it's easy to accidentally ban a person when just trying to delete a message, or sometimes chat is going too fast and it can be hard to find a message really fast, so what if you added a delete message button to the message log.
