Has Twitch staff taken into consideration disability in users appeal reaquests? Because if Twitch staff isn't, I'm pretty certain that's an American's w Disabilities Act Title III Public Accomodations violation concerning website accessibility, under physcial and or mental impairment!! Like a user such as myself suffering a migraine attack when FandyBTW just decided to make a public example out of me to her subscribers on live stream this past Saturday, 7/12/25. I don't appreciate being called, 'giga weird,' as the reason for me getting banned on Fandy's chat. Because if Fandy is going to hold me accountable to the same standard her Mod team is becuase I suffer from chronic migraines, I've decided to hold her to that very same standard and call FandyBTW out on my social media accounts just because it was her time of the month that day. I'm pretty certain Brian will find it intersting that Cady Hoffman (FandyBTW), was seen pulling her top off to sexually arouse me on her Facebook post the other day. I though Cady and Brian had a thing going in making Cady's latest addition to her family. Guess the bond is not as strong with Brian as Cady has it with me, considering Cady stated I'm weird, and such. I guess she prefers weird over normal.
