Persona Verification is broken Customer support does not help Provide an alternate method for verification besides persona that you can click on and use not ask for. Provider alternate methods for support besides ticket system. The ticket system gives us low level support that read from a script and then link you the same stuff you have already been trying to use which has not been working and fully detailed and explained in the ticket that the method was not working. Train better support staff A few pointers:
- When a ticket comes in force support people to actually read it before responding. If a copy paste answer applies, that's fine. If not, then receiving one A, Adds an extra step of communication for the staff as they'll hear back from the customer repeating their issue and B, will infuriate the customer.
- Enforce an attitude of the customer's problem being the problem, not the customer themselves.
- Ban support staff from one sidedly shutting off a discussion in the middle of it. It's not just infuriating and beyond rude, but also counterproductive as if…7 votes -
A standard of Support and ways to put in complaints to maintain that standard It is clear there is no standard level of support, or even support levels. There is not even a way to put in complaints, when support is basically non existent. No one is being held responsible for the level of support they give, and this is clear when you see the legitimate complaints on forums, discussions, and even here. Support needs to be overhauled and staff need to be held to a level that is acceptable, and when it falls out of this acceptable level. Add back the ability to see follow age Add back the ability to see follow age, this has the chance to further harassment in small channels with low mod counts, before, regular viewers had the ability to see how long a person had been following and was able to inform if they weren’t following or had been following for such a short time that their behavior seemed suspicious such as trolling or botting, without this ability it makes smaller channels more unsafe

Disable all generative AI, we the users and customers are fed up with this! A lot of us have seen the recent news about Twitch forcibly making everyone opt in to generative AI scraping on their platform. Twitch, if you don’t roll back this change, you will lose thousands of users (including me!) One of your spokesmen even said “If we made people opt in [to using AI] no one would opt in” (paraphrasing here obviously). Did you ever consider WHY no one would want to opt in to this?
Reconsider these plans. And while you’re at it, terminate ALL generative AI features and content on your platform!

stream streak ended I am a little upset that my stream watching streak was ended even though I didn't miss a stream. I should be over 100 consecutive streams watched and have not missed on. Uncleslacker last streamed Sunday 7/27/2025. He streamed twice and I was in each stream. Please restore my stream streak.

New kind of clips for "Stream Together": All POVs When the streams are "stream together", is it technically possible to have an option so that when you create a clip on one of the channels, it includes all the "POVs" of the other streams at that exact moment.

Drops Can you guys make a "favorite games" or "Followed games" type thing where if you follow a game you get notified that there are drops going on for that game? or at least put [Drops] before or after the game name on the browse page? Something to indicate there are drops going on for that game without having to click on it or be in the games discord keeping up with their announcements...?

A turn off music button! A button to mute or lower the volume of music.
It would work that a streamer can connect theirs twitch account with a music platform account like Spotify
Then in a stream if the streamer has music on there would be a button to change it's volume!It would really help people that either dislike the music the streamer listens to, or they are sensitive to that type of music, or that they just rather to listen to their own music.
There's a couple of streamers I would watch, but I don't purely because of the music!6 votes -
Choose whether or not to listen to the streamer's music Sometimes, we'd prefer to enjoy the streamer's content without the background music. This could be because the music doesn't align with our personal taste, we may want to listen to our own music, or simply prefer to watch the content without any added sound.

Gifting subs badge When i watch channels now, i get a message that i no longer have a badge for giving x amounts of gifted subs. Then it keeps pestering me about "just give one more and youll get your badge back".
This i do not like, and will stop gifting any subs. Remove the badge, ok. Remove it and pester me for more gifts to get it back is just...

New UI Complaint - Please put stream titles/tags back below the stream capture Summary: The new UI is a step backward, highly disliked by both streamers and viewers alike because it un-centers the video capture causing you to have to scroll to properly see the video on the page, it squishes the stream titles so you can't even see the full title anymore and if a streamer has tags it just takes up more space making things messy and un centered. Please take the new UI down immediately and revert back to the normal interface or at least make it optional.

Make the 2024 Twitch Recap just like the 2022 Recap, but better! I honestly don't like the recap last year (2023) since you cannot see the numbers of messages sent, emotes sent, hours watched, bits cheered, channel points earned and months subscribed for my top 5 most watched streamers last year, unlike on the 2022 recap (which I really liked from all of my yearly recaps so far) on which you can see all of them! Let me move Stories out of the way I loathe wasted space for notifications on things that I couldn't care less about. Stories are the personification of this idea. Why did you put stories ABOVE Followed Channels? You're attempting to tell us that you think we want this first-and-most. We don't. We came to get the content we want and Stories are just a big, fat waste of empty space that's infuriating to look at and think "there's no way to say stop trying to push stories to me". F-

Give the option for not interested on recommended channels of the following page When viewing the following page you will see a recommend channels row. Unlick the main page you cannot select not interested from here. The same recommendations are not present on the main page so you end up with stuff you would rather not see

Being able to remove video from "continue watching" I use the video space much more than live, and my default page is "continue watching". I simply want to be able to remove videos from the ones shown that I no longer want to watch.
