Username Dear Twitch Team,
I would like to raise a concern regarding usernames that violate Twitch’s Terms of Service. I have noticed accounts with names starting with terms like "Murder," "Nude," or "Terrorist," which are clearly offensive and inappropriate according to Twitch’s guidelines. While I am not targeting any specific streamer, seeing such violent or inappropriate names affects the positive experience that this platform strives to provide.
I respectfully request that Twitch enforce its username policies more strictly to ensure a safer and more welcoming environment for all users. Strengthening this aspect of moderation will help maintain the community standards that…

Twitch’s Search, Bots, and Growth Issues Undermine User Experience There are persistent problems with search, discoverability, bots, and platform growth. I search for a small channel by its exact name, and it's not visible unless I click "Show 5 more channels." And if I type one letter wrong, it doesn't show up at all. Twitch needs new ownership or something.

Bug - Hide no longer works on website for Prime Gaming items Bug - I’ve always gone through and hidden items I don’t want to clean up the Prime Gaming List on the website. 2 months in a row now items that I previously hid have come back again. Please fix this, it is ridiculously annoying, otherwise I’m just going to stop visiting the site. I can’t be bothered to sift through **** and remember whether I hid it or not months ago.

Desktop app I would love the old Twitch Desktop to come back. It was really useful, and I miss it ever since it got removed. Sometimes, I don't want to open my browser to check who is live and what to watch. Also, it would allow to have notification on computer, as it doesn't seem to work right now with browser (at least for me).
I also tried to install a browser that I dedicated to Twitch, but it got annoying quickly, I don't like having a browser always open when not doing anything on it.
It would help me to check…2 votes -
Unfollow locking/making unfollowing a channel harder Would be really useful to have a feature that upon activating, disallows one to unfollow a channel as easily as it is now.

Bad user safety I moderator called csaszit on DyaRikku channel. Claimed he was from a country that didn't exist. I called him out for this. So due to how your website is setup he was able to cyber attack my network. I find this dangerous for my saftey and other. Which I blame you for due to you owning the website. I feel that this should be made more clear and not hidden in TOS.
Also I found your navigation to log this issue mazey.

Twitch Drops Drops should guarantee what it promises and not leave it to external rules. If watching 1 hour of streams means a beta key as reward, that should be guarantee and done through the twitch system and not leave it to a key limit from an outside site.

Make personal Categories Tab more useful I'm talking about https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following/games
So far it just shows the categories in alphabetical order. It would be nice if it could at least show 5 current streams of each category with "show more" button so you dont have to click on each category to see who might be streaming. Also sorting options for the categories would be nice too.
Thank you!

Change the category of the website from "Online and other games" to something else. This is so that users can access twitch in their workplace if websites of that category are banned. I use some twitch streamers as a sort of podcast in the background and twitch not being accessible at work is very annoying.

Drops Campaign "participating channel", "more" user experience friction To be fair, I haven't hosted a drop, nor do I have insight into how they are configured by the developer, but I have noticed a common frustration among other users. For drops which are streamer specific and not open to general, the user still sees text such as the following-
"To continue the progress, go to a participating live channel including /oniyadayo, /vodkavdk, /tw_rapid, /restiafps, and /berbatow"
"Go to a participating live channel, including おにや, ボドカさん, 瑞皮, restiafps, Berbatow, and more"
Where in the first example, "participating live channel," is a link to "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/apex-legends"
and in the…

it's impossible to contact you, motherfuckes!! are you idiots or what?..why have you banned the channel "Sinicawho"?..it's not her fault - neither she chose to play that video herself, neither she knew what's going to be shown in the video..besides it's a video from youtube, not pornhub..first of all, how can she know what's the content of the video, n second, how can she expect something improper, especially when it's from a site like youtube?..it was i who ordered this video for her and others to watch, to be precise: "Miss Bashful X DBBD- Short King Spring" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83tp9wyHpfM, just like i ordered "Eartheater - Pure…

respond to feedback I’ve seen a lot of feedback provided, with a TON of upvotes, just to have zero acknowledgement whatsoever.
Even if it is something that can not be accommodated, the “no” would be much more appreciated than silence.

tooltip for channel points The tooltip for the channel points is placed badly, as it prevents from clicking on the bonus symbol if active. The tooltip should appear left of the button instead of on the right side.
