  2. How about fixing your help page so that when someone is trying to submit a ticket for an issue that you don't have options for in the drop down menus they can do so without being forced to select from the drop down which then takes them out of the ticket page and to some bs help page for that topic. Bogus nonexistent support.

  3. Streamers are basically considered merchants/businesses and I think that viewers should be able to leave reviews and general feedback on their channel.

  7. My son has more than completed his path to partner but twitch has lost his application and he has gotten no reply back there fore he has no option to even apply again. Help! So aggravating! He keeps getting ****** replies from support that tells him to talk to partner support, but you can’t talk to partner support if your not partnered! Help! Please! KidRonnyy is his name!

When we get error codes, it's inconvenient to always have to tweet about the error or have to rummage around the net for the codes meaning. help.twitch.tv's search doesn't give full explanation of codes and some don't appear at all. There should be a database search for directly looking up every error code on the site.

  12. Allow users to subscribe to a channel without automatically opting into a recurring subscription they have to manually cancel. Let people subscribe for one 30 day period.

  13. To be fair, I haven't hosted a drop, nor do I have insight into how they are configured by the developer, but I have noticed a common frustration among other users. For drops which are streamer specific and not open to general, the user still sees text such as the following-

    "To continue the progress, go to a participating live channel including /oniyadayo, /vodkavdk, /tw_rapid, /restiafps, and /berbatow"

    "Go to a participating live channel, including おにや, ボドカさん, 瑞皮, restiafps, Berbatow, and more"

    Where in the first example, "participating live channel," is a link to "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/apex-legends"

  17. Add additional live volume sliders for the different audio tracks (Same audio tracks that VOD's have) so viewers can turn up or down the music. voice or game independently. Allows the users to have a full controlling experience of the streams they enjoy. Maybe some people are hard of hearing and wish for the music to be turned off or the game down so they can hear the streamer

  18. on my twitch account I can't unfollow and follow games I followed when I tap the heart icon it disappears and don't work I emailed multiple times and did everything the email told me to do an it still broken. It broken on PC , mobile an console twitch app I would either like this bug fixed or just make following unlimited like YouTube pls it been 3 years and it still broken I hope this gets seen by twitch an fixed soon.   19. Gostaria de sugerir a equipe de suporte da Twitch que habilita-se novamente a pesquisa de usuários que tiveram suas contas invadidas e depois recuperadas. Recentemente notei que após minha conta ter sido hackeada, após a recuperação dela, ninguém encontra mais o meu canal na Twitch, ele não é recomendado e você também não consegue encontrá-lo na barra de pesquisa. Gostaria que o suporte resolvesse isso.

  20. The tooltip for the channel points is placed badly, as it prevents from clicking on the bonus symbol if active. The tooltip should appear left of the button instead of on the right side.
