Indefinite bans False violations where Twitch incorrectly flagged an account should not show against a users profile. By having the false ban on your account means it can contribute to you being indefinitely suspended due to multiple offences.
This has happened to me.

Bug 2FA system, Bug support system Twitch's security system is not well thought out. An ordinary user who encounters a problem cannot log into his account. Tech support, like a soulless robot, sends stupid instructions that have no solution to my problem at all. I lost my phone number. I had a google authenticator, not Authy. Deactivated clips still showing If you deactivate clips so that they are no longer displayed, you can no longer see them on the desktop but you can still see all the clips via the Twitch mobile app.

AppleTV app cannot play VODs without showing black screen constantly This has been busted for at least 1 year if not more. Cannot watch VODs on Twitch AppleTV app because it keeps going to a black screen at random intervals. So annoying. It happens constantly.

Fix the countdown timer for the hypetrains. When I watch streams and a hype train starts the graphical timer for it is consistently 1 minute longer than the actual timer. This means that when I see the hype train countdown hit approximately 1 minute the hype train ends.

Valid report immediately ignored by automated system I reported a user for sending an unsolicited spam message with a possible phishing link in whispers, which is in clear violation of the Twitch terms of service, and a report type that was reliably acted on in the past. However, I have received an email notification saying "We [...] could not identify a violation based on your report.". - When I try to redeem channel rewards, I can open the channel point menu but can't redeem anything on an affiliate's or partner's channel.
- Whenever I send messages, my name is displayed in black without my badges showing. I would either have to look at the streamer's chat overlay or refresh their channel page to fix it on my end along with having to use my bits.

Pausing "recent vod", but vod starts playing for some reason. If i go to an offline channel and go to videos tab, and If the recent vod is playing I will pause it. After few seconds it will start autoplaying without me clicking on anything. It is extremely annoying when I want to look at clips or something else, this has been happening for months, and no extensions.

German localization issue in stream-series notification German location contains a bug:
"Deine 3-Streams-Serie auf <<Streamer>> ist abgebrochen! Sieh dir in den nächsten 24 Stunden einen Clip, ein VOD oder einen Stream an, um sie zu rettenpeichern.""rettenpeichern." is not a word and it should just be "retten."

Exception for followers, VIP and moderator doesn't work The setting in the moderation page to give exception for mail and/or phone number doesn't work.
While exceptions given, my followers still need to provide their phone number to chat.

All viewers are banned through Bug. My viewers are being banned. I can no longer generate any new followers because ALL new followers are being banned. We have already tried with old accounts and with other larger streamers, but everyone is still being banned. I have sent several tickets via the help desk and each time received an automated response saying that this error does not exist and that everything is normal. Now it has even reached the point where my mods are being banned.
