Valid report immediately ignored by automated system
I reported a user for sending an unsolicited spam message with a possible phishing link in whispers, which is in clear violation of the Twitch terms of service, and a report type that was reliably acted on in the past. However, I have received an email notification saying "We [...] could not identify a violation based on your report.". This "update on your report" notification even arrived over three seconds before the "we received your report" notification and less than two seconds after I had reported the user. It is clear that no human read the report or took any steps to validate its claims, at all. No human could possibly be that fast, certainly not without making a mistake.
Please understand that this is all kinds of bad, if people sending phishing links can run rampant on the site unchecked, because the reporting system doesn't work.
Also of note, the notification mentions the DSA, but the Support portal still refers to it as NetzDG in all UI langauges, and with seemingly no effect on network region.
