Stop permanently banning guys for little things but giving 7-Day bannes to girls when having sex on their stream I don't understand how you can permanently banne a guy for one mistake told chat to put "L" on another stream. but banned a girl for 7 day for having sex in her stream. So what the girl did is not that bad to do on your platform? Help me understand, is this how you treat your content creators and viewers? I'm out

Streamers shouldn't lurk and flirt on other streamers There should be two different accounts. One for streamers and one for viewers. I noticed most streamers tend to flirt more with other streamers. This distracts the audience. There should be a new rule streamers can't view other streamers. Raids should be random not chosen. If this is going to happen. Safety reasons for women streamers being lurk by older male streamers.

Allowing women to show breasts We're in a new day and age where woman are able to do the same things/get the same things as men. One of those things is being able to show our torso. This includes being able to show our breasts. Laws have passed to allow women to be topless in public.
If women are legally allowed to be topless in public, why are we told to cover our nipples and the areas around? I don't agree that we should have to cover our nipples. Why should we when men can?
Twitch should allow women to be comfortable in their own…

Quality of life imrpovements for content creators. Twitch needs an algorithm similar to tiktok or YouTube to reccomend creators to viewers based on analytics. To improve visibility and exposure for new content creators. Also we need an appeal process for dmca and other reportable offenses such as offensive and racially insensitive languages. Its not uncommon for other player in game to use such language or have loud music coming in through their microphones. Conduct not originating from the creator should not be grounds for community guidlines violations.

Twitch attire rules have no place in modern society. You are experiencing a backlash regarding your nonsensical attire rules because you are so out of touch. Drop them, modern platforms must be the bastions of free expression and not support outrageous suppression of expression.
The only restriction necessary to comply with general law is that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to expose themselves in a ****** manner. You might try to restrict content to underage users but frankly, those users interested in such content will get it and it will not appeal to those not interested. Those interested in such content are merely expressing their…

Handling of Intersex topics without regressing to intersex erasure. Authentication and Respect of intersex peoples is needed to reduce inflammatory misinformation and classic intersex erasure by false suspensions due to biased uninformed moderation teams. In my experience this is an issue persistent across all major social media platforms. If intersex people had some sort of faster/more detailed feedback of what they are and are not allowed to share about their unique life experiences this would minimize harmful conduct inflicted by moderation. The suspension details I've received have all been objectively inaccurate naturally leading to repeat suspensions due to lack of understanding on both sides.

Clarify that 'findom' is not allowed under the community guidelines, or else change the guidelines to specifically prohibit it I saw a 'findom' streamer pop up as recommended when I opened the twitch site but before I logged in. This content serves only to encourage financial self-harm and should not be allowed on twitch. The fact that it has sexual themes with focus on the streamer's body but no artistic or entertainment value should mean it is already not allowed.

IRL Streaming Permissions Broadcasters often stream civic and historical tours. Having clear guidance on filming near municipal buildings, such as the Black Hawk County Courthouse:https://countycourthouses.com/, helps creators stay compliant with local rules.

Please continue prioritizing consistent Community Guidelines enforcement regardless of channel size I'd like to see Twitch continue enforcing its Community Guidelines consistently across all creators, including its largest and most-followed channels. Enforcement that applies equally regardless of follower count builds real trust in the platform's policies and reassures viewers that guidelines aren't just symbolic.
As a viewer, this kind of consistency is one of the biggest factors in whether I trust a platform long-term. I'd encourage Twitch to keep this standard as a clear, stated priority going forward.

Twitch "Be you as long as its the you we approve of" Twitch has this mind set, they want you to cultivate and be yourself but limit you as much as possible by creating this rules that even twitch doesn't follow.
do you know that there are streamers who build their whole brand around sex work that are partners and have fansly in their titles yet haven't been banned
do you know that if you get suspended or banned you cannot argue a case cause twitch will auto delete your vod
the guidelines say no sexual content yet a partner of twitch has Fansly in their title every stream, twitch says no…

Issue with Sexual Content Sexual content needs to be completely rid of on this platform. Women coexisting with this form of content on this platform has led to various forms of harassment and objectification towards women and has put many women in real life harm. I’ve never seen so many women feel so unsafe on a platform and I myself, as a woman, feel that amount of sexual content on this platform, sexualizes the women who want to use the platform to simply play games and have fun. The amount of content like this endangers female streamers and younger audiences and leads to a…

Update guidelines to expressly FORBID saying Subs/Bits will go to Charity. Force use of direct funding services This ticket can be under Charity, Legal and Moderation categories
There has been TOO many incidents where creators have said that funds from Sus and Bits will go to charity, their moderation teams, etc.
Twitch needs CLEAR guideline updates to discourage this behavior as its gray area scamming their communities in the fact that end users buy bits, or gift subs and Twitch takes a cut of those funds, and the charities the creators say they are supporting NEVER see those funds.
Any mention of Charity if on stream, in chat, in shared chat, in social media posts or other…

A banned game listed twice in the community guidelines page. The game is Purin to Ohuro. It's on the bottom of the left column and the top of the right column. One of those should probably be removed.
Unless maybe it's there twice to emphasize how that one especially should be avoided, in which case maybe the second one should be in bold text, maybe with an added note like (<- We mean it, not this one.)2 votes -
Stop misuse of "slur" guidelines for censorship and harrassment Treating words like "cracker" and "Zionist" as equivalent to slurs allows bad-faith users to report marginalized people and get them banned for "hateful conduct." I have just seen this weaponized against a POC moderator for a channel I follow, who has been banned for jokingly calling the streamer "cracker" which he fully consented to and encouraged. POC are unable to joke with their friends or discuss political issues without the risk of White racists reporting every message with these so-called slurs as hateful conduct, and Twitch makes no effort to review bad-faith reports before censoring marginalized people.

Sexual Content Per the current guideline: Users may not directly link, promote, or advertise pornographic content in their broadcasts, profile, or chat. While users may not directly link to pornographic or sexually explicit content in their broadcasts, profile, or chat, users will not be penalized for linking to their personal websites or social media pages that may incidentally contain these links.
However, you say directly promoting the above is not allowed. Why are streamers allowed to post their "website" in sense bypassing the rule. This gives them an outlet to promote things like their OnlyFans, gambling, etc. to children. I do not…

Manipulative/hateful speech in chats Behaviour is starting to occur on Twitch more and more frequently where temp accounts are posting misleading and abnormal words/phrases in chats which people do not know can sound hateful or offensive. If the streamer says the word, or reads the phrase posted in chat and it is manipulated to look hateful, Twitch then ban the streamer as opposed to the user. Twitch should be taking action against the people who are doing this purposefully to get content creators banned as opposed to punishing the content creator who is innocent in this situation. There is being vigilant and banning people…

community Proposal for Improving Twitch's Guidelines:
For the clothing guidelines, it would be helpful to include a clear illustration highlighting which parts of the body need to be covered and how. This would provide better clarity, especially for areas that are less explicitly described in the text, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or intentional rule-bending. A visual approach would ensure greater transparency and consistency in the application of the guidelines.
