Introduce Warnings and Measures against political (violent) extremism Dear community,
I just saw a stream by a young German/Swiss streamer lady that unintentionally streamed political far-right/right-extremism (anti-semitic, anti-foreigners, anti-government, conspiracy) content from YouTube (see Q1). That propaganda was included in a parody of a political (far-)left actvist's song "Das ist alles von der Kunstfreiheit gedeckt" by Danger Dan who tested the legal boundaries of artful protest against far-right political extremism.
A few seconds after reporting that issue, Twitch replied it would neither be "punishable" nor "illegal". Despite laws such as the NetzDG, our Law Enforcement and Intelligence agencies are allegedly classifiying such content as far-right political extremism.

Isn't twitch already a pornographic website? I would like to know how you secure control the whole web, in front of teenagers, when a lot of channels on twitch are sexual content, isn't it over the edge when someone films their *** for several hours in a bathing suit so that everyone can take sexual comfort from looking at the ******? It looks like pornographic material to me?!
This content should not be easily accessible live, it's easier to watch content here than other sites that are age restricted and verification is required! I recommend creating an access option for this content only with age verification…

Stop the nepotism There have been many cases where people have been suspended for blatant rule violations by committing sexual and or vulgar acts, however these ban/suspension durations (if they get banned or suspended at all) seem to be directly related to the large following and income they bring to twitch. it would seem to me and most anyone with access to your site, that it is an unfair practice to simply pick and choose who you decide to allow to break the agreements based off of the monetary value they create. Allow Third-Party Applications To Merge Chat I suggest allowing third-party applications to show merged chat during streams. Showing all chats from various streaming services will increase inclusion as then all viewers can chat with each other as well and not be left out of conversations without having to leave Twitch to go to another streaming platform. By not allowing the ability to merge chats through third-party services it decreases inclusiveness.

Suspension Evasion Policy Updates An account that has been indefinitely suspended from Twitch has most likely committed a serious violation of Twitch's policies.
However, the suspended account creates another account and broadcasts, or the suspended account's audio and video are still broadcast on other streamers' channels.
Recently, there was a case where a suspended streamer purchased Twitch Con tickets with a different account and entered without permission, resulting in his colleagues being suspended for supporting “Suspension Evasion”
Currently, many streamers are violating the "Suspension Evasion" policy.
The “Suspension Evasion” policy needs to be updated in detail.

ilegal casinos still running and twitch is closing the eyes on their own TOS's.. I have previously submitted reports on over 20+ Portuguese streamers and Iive streams who are engaging in the use of unregulated, illegal casinos in Portugal. Some even demonstrate how to employ a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. Unfortunately, Twitch seems to be disregarding these reports and continues to permit these streamers to promote and participate in these illicit and fraudulent casino activities. It's disheartening.
Apparenty the "trick" to not be banned is not saving the VOD or clips....

Would like to see "ear licking" removed from the ASMR tag. Ear licking is part of the sexual act, and the reason most listeners are listening is, among other things, to masturbate.
Some people say it's "very good for sleep induction," but if you look at the texts of those who are chatting enthusiastically from the beginning to the end of the stream, you know it's not true (even if it's an "unattended live stream" with just looping audio, lol).

Unequality and Double Standards From what I have seen here on Twitch are that streamers among the Furry and LGBTQA+ communities are being punished over nothing and ruins their content. Raging gone too far (Violence) Some content creators might be taking the "raging" aspect of gaming a little too far.
It's one thing to be that guy that screams at his computer or is always angry or annoyed by whatever he is playing. To an extent that is tolerable.But some cross that line into violence.

Make body shaming an actionable / bannable offense once and for all I'm going to say this once, I want ALL body shaming to be bannable offenses. If I don't mention certain types of body shaming, please don't think that means I don't take it seriously or that I think it should not be included. I decided to make this post after finding out that you get emails whenever a report leads to action being taken. That means 95% of the reports I have made against body shaming IN THE LAST 2 YEARS have had no action taken.

Ban the phrase "white privilege" Beside being obviously racist; I find it insulting to assume because one is white they inherently have some sort of privilege that is not available to others. Instead of focusing more on the behavioral aspects of one's own community.

How Far will thoughtcrime go on Twitch? Words. Language. The way in which we communicate our thoughts and feelings. Twitch seems to want to continue to ban more and more words. When does it stop? What does Twitch look like in 2024? Can anyone say anything without being in fear of being banned? How long do big streamers stay on a platform that curbs their freedom to express themselves? Sharing your religious beliefs with other people in games or on Twitch. I currently share the Gospel message on twitch through gaming in Fortnite. I've been banned TWICE for "harrasment" If I have concent from the other party to talk about the Bible or my religion, why is it considered "harrassment". Also, how do you plan on addressing the persecution Christians face on your platform, for holding a belief that is contrary to the LGBTQ community.
