I'm so sick of streamers getting permanently banned (indefinite suspension) after 1 thing and never getting anything back from twitch as far as an explanation or response to an appeal. I have seen people lose their passion and dream over the ridiculous moderation and support team. There is no reason people should be waiting 5 months for a response from twitch.

Just recently my fiance was banned for something that he blatantly didn't do. He was banned for BAN EVASION when he never even had an account before the one that was banned. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I continue to lose hope in Twitch as a platform every day. They take advantage of small streamers and it's disgusting.

PLEASE, stop banning people for nothing and PLEASE actually care enough to look at your appeals and support emails.

We're in a new day and age where woman are able to do the same things/get the same things as men. One of those things is being able to show our torso. This includes being able to show our breasts. Laws have passed to allow women to be topless in public.

If women are legally allowed to be topless in public, why are we told to cover our nipples and the areas around? I don't agree that we should have to cover our nipples. Why should we when men can?

Twitch should allow women to be comfortable in their own body and show our nipples. We're all human, why should we as women be treated differently?

There are hundreds of girls who have flocked to Twitch to take advantage of easy money from lonely people on here. Since when did twitch support this? Supporting girls sitting on their beds, over half naked, showing their private parts "on accident" and not even contributing to anything regarding twitch. A great example would be Melina! She is one of many girls who abuse this concept. They are doing nothing for themselves and are onlyfans girls. This content should not be on twitch. Of course many men in the world would argue against this, but have you actually looked in the "just chatting" category? Girls, mostly naked, everywhere, doing absolutely nothing productive. They motivate watchers by "working out" for a sub or "i will dance for follows". These type women need to go back to OnlyFans or pornhub and stay off of this site. They are tarnishing what Twitch is. There are young viewers here to, that should not be exposed to this. I understand people need to earn money but that type of stuff shouldn't be in the twitch community. This is turning people away from a site that was once cherished for awesome gamers! Now there are thots everywhere.

Pretty simple actually. With the new Steam policies about getting more NSFW games and more Illusion Games SFW versions in the same platform, i'm sure that list is pretty outdated and needs more games getting banned. (Koikatsu: Party is SFW if you don't include a specific patch from the official game to be NSFW).
And not more sexually, high gruesome or extreme violence should be there too, Hatred is the best example nowadays and isn't include in the list. Postal 2 isn't neccesary for being more ironic & sartastic rather than polemic because yes.
Games being bad and only popular for the things i mentioned earlier should be there too.
More than that, probably i missed something but the idea in general is explained. I saw earlier the counterpart of this idea and that's good, but not in a plataform like this when anything NSFW (even accidentaly) could get you banned.

Hello Twitch,

Over the past year I have seen a number of people popping up who making claims of been representatives and/or advocates of protected groups (to be more precise people with disabilities), on major platforms such as Youtube, Twitter and Twitch. What disturbs me about this is lack of professionalism some of these people exhibit, I hope you do understand that a lot of people do want to private, discrete and above all be treated with respect when it comes to their disability. It does disturb me when I see certain partnered Twitch streamers use other disabled people's conditions and in a few cases their deaths to bully and harass other disabled people.

I would like ask Twitch to add to it's community guidelines that users are not allowed to make public claims of been representatives or advocates of this protected group. I am not saying people cannot claim to be a supporter or activist for disabled people or that a disabled person is an example of what other disabled people may be like. What I am saying is unless you have a legal paper to say you represent another person and/or group and are authorized by that party to speak on their behalf, you should not be making the claim to be a representative or advocate.

I am certain that we have all reported a user on Twitch before, as I have since making my account in early 2017. However, recently, after reporting a user, I received an email saying "We've actioned on your report" in regards to a report that I submitted previously.

There was very little present in that email. It simply told me that my safety report was reviewed and staff determined that a violation of the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines had occurred, and proper enforcement action has been taken. That is it. That is all that was included in the email. For an email that is supposed to update you on what happened after a report in regards to a very serious issue, there was very little to get out of that email. A lot of the things that, in my opinion, should have been included in that were simply absent. Here is what I would like to change about it:

Include the original report(s)
This would serve two very important purposes: it will tell you the user who you reported and what they were reported for. As someone who has reported a lot of accounts, especially this year when I have had a lot more time to stream on Twitch, it is difficult for me to know who the user I reported was. Including the original report would allow me to see exactly what user I reported. Including the original report would also remind me of what all I reported the user for and what evidence I presented or was available at the time, which is relevant to a safety report such as the one I submitted. The exact details I reported are not relevant to these suggestions, but understand that the situation I reported has extended to platforms beyond Twitch even after the report. Including the report(s) that were considered would address both of these problems.

Describe the enforcement action taken
Safety reports or reports concerning Community Guidelines or Terms of Service violations may involve things such as abuse, threats or acts of harassment, bullying, and many more things in which someone may experience long-term harm. Again, while I do not believe the details of my report are relevant, the things that I reported have the potential to cause long-lasting damage for the people affected. In the case of a reported abuser, it will most definitely bring comfort to the victims knowing that the abuser will have their account terminated and will no longer be able to create additional accounts. It does not have to be anything complex, it can be something as simple as "The account of the user who you have reported has been terminated and indefinitely suspended from the use of our services." As long as it lets the person who submitted know that something more than just a warning or a suspension had occurred.

Whether or not both of these changes are enacted, more should be included in an email describing that action was taken following a user report.

I think having a Twitch staff member, or a "police presence", present during partnered stream would help mitigate some of the misbehavior coming from both the streamer and viewers at times.

I think having a Twitch staff member present would drastically help resolve issues and correct problematic behavior faster and more efficiently. It would also cut down on the responsibility being solely placed on the streamer/viewer to collect evidence/write a report (that they may not be able to do because it is often made difficult due to how the report feature currently functions, because of a language barrier, or fear of retaliation).

I think it would also help with keeping track of repeat offenders who often only "play nice" when a staff member is around, but revert once the "cat's away", so to speak, and make banning these users more streamlined.

Under the new harassment policies being implemented in January, Twitch has effectively identified foreign nationals who have migrated to another country (e.g., to the United States) as a protected group (the term "immigration status" is invoked as an example of what constitutes a protected class). The policy later states that saying "[protected group] should not be allowed to vote" constitutes "[a call] for subjugation, segregation or exclusion." It seems to me that this policy entails that anyone who advocates enforcing the voting requirements of probably every single nation on earth (i.e., every nation prohibits non-citizens from voting) is guilty of hateful conduct.

More concretely, supposing I were to say, "Non-U.S. citizens should not be allowed to vote in U.S. elections," it seems to me that this would make me guilty of hateful conduct under the terms of the policy. By extension, anyone in favor of upholding the U.S. Constitution as it stands would be guilty of hateful conduct. I'm sure this is not the intent of the policy, and I doubt that it would be enforced in this way. Still, this does seem to be a section of the policy that might need some more work.

Recently, I realized that Twitch unfairly supported women with inappropriate conduct, abusing the terms and guidelines that Twitch himself says he respects. One of the most recent examples LITERALLY showed her lower private parts live to hundreds of thousands of users. As a result of her actions, she took only "3 days of banishment". Meanwhile, male streamers who say "Mongoloid", "Megazord" and other words that, according to Twitch, are targeted at people as an offense, can be banned from weeks of life. Where is the balance between justice and honor? Twitch is compatible with feminism, so it has a "double standard" between "digital influencers" and streamers. I would really like to know what Twitch thinks about it. Turn your platform into a pornographic site geared towards “Female Entertainment”, or play in the face of all the men who are the feminist women who run the platform, or that we must create a new platform that TRULY has gender equality because they don't want to know more about ethics, respect, honor, and equality?

With that, I would like to know about your sincere opinions and what we will do with this matter.
