Channel Points Folders with on/off switch For variety streamers, it would be wonderful to be able to put certain channel point rewards into folders that can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch.
For example, I could put all my "Fallguys" rewards into a "Fallguys" folder. Then the entire folder could be turned on. When I play a different game, I could turn the folder off.
With the current system, we have to go through a huge list of rewards turning each individual reward on and off when switching games. The end result is that many streamers just have rewards that don't…

Obtain Channel Points on embedded players On Twitch Embed Players with video and chat (https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/embed/everything), it is currently not possible to gain Channel Points while watching.
It is possible to spend Channel Points with an embedded player/chat, so it seems necessary to obtain them while watching as well.

Channel Point Multipliers The point multipliers have recently changed so that it is fairer that if you are paying for a higher tier sub, you receive a higher multiplier. Unfortunately, as opposed to increasing the multiplier for higher-tiered, lower tiers had their multipliers drastically lowered to the point of not really being that different from a non-subscriber. Idk how it may look from the pov of Twitch Staff, but from a user, getting 12 points for passive watch time and 60 points for an active watch time bonus while a non-subscriber gets 10 and 50 points respectively just doesn't seem that fair. When…

Moderators (or editors?) have access to Channel Points menu. The streamer that I mod for is busy being entertaining and streaming and keeping viewers excited, and they don't have time to go through and queue up songs for the playlist (one of the new channel point prizes we have in our channel). It would be helpful if mods had the ability to access the same interface as the streamers get, to help out.

Auctions I want to be able to offer the facility to hold an auction to in effect buy and sell plots within Cities Skylines.
This would allow the viewers to effectively buy a home or business for themselves whilst I'm playing the game, so it would be named after themselves. This would create a fantastic involvement between viewers and the game.
They could then go onto my discord and agree a price with other players in order to sell their property for a profit, but we'd need a system to transfer points between users...
I feel this could be applied to…

Channel points subcategory. The greater possibility of interaction with the streaming of channel points, through third-party programs, has led to an increase in the infinite possibilities of channel points buttons.
To date the only way to make them active or inactive is to select them individually, as long as they are 1 or 2 it does not change much, but when they start to be more than 50 it becomes a bit problematic, so I would suggest the possibility of creating sub-categories, where it is possible to switch off the entire category, without however affecting the possibility of reactivating the single option.5 votes -
Chat Polls give Channel Points Chat polls are a super fun way to keep chat engaged and excited about whats happening in the community and on screen, and it would be cool to have at least a small channel point incentive for participating.

Give Streamers More Control Over How Channel Points are Redeemed and Used I will preface this suggestion that I am comparing twitches current channel point system to Streamelements since twitch feels very limiting and we could do so much more with it instead of resorting to a 3rd party to use channel points which makes it inconvenient for viewers. With that being said comments saying just use Streamelements isn't helpful, i'd love everyone's actual thoughts towards this.
Currently Twitch's channel point system feels very limiting overall especially when compared to other channel point systems aka streamelements.

Display a "Managed by App" when editing a point reward Now that Point Rewards can be created, updated, or deleted via the API streamers may be unaware (or simply forget) that an integration with their account is set up to modify point rewards.
An integration could change something on behalf of a streamer, and they may not know what is making that change.
A "Managed by XXXX App" could be added to the point reward page, showing the name of the application that updated that reward.

Dropdown Selection on Point Redemption Similar way to redeem points to highlight my message or any other 'free text' redemption. However it will have a drop down list of options to pick from. This can be set to required.
This allows for a streamer to allow users to redeem points to select from a set of options. For example. A list of playable characters in the game for the chatters to select for the next match.

Allow for a delay to redeem a point award Greetings.
My friend runs a very low-tier channel on twitch, and I'm the horrible computer janitor saddled with coding his insane demands. One of the rewards he offers is for people to become a "king of the stream". This doesn't do anything besides play a special sound, it's just a fun thing people can spend their points on.
Of course, we all know the internet; the more meaningless something is, the more people want it. Often, this reward is sniped while my friend is still getting set up and people are filing in. This kinda ruins it for everyone else…

Balance Badge Streamer decides to enable badges or not that show your total points in the channel similar to bit badges. It would be in levels like 100>, 1000, 10000, 100,000, 500,000, 1,000,000<

leaderboard A channel point leaderboard
I feel like this would be another fun inclination for viewers to stay in channels and to show who is most active in the communities.

Manual Channel Point Display Order and Hide Chat Message I'm in the process of developing a game designed to use channel points (CP) as a means for viewers to interact with it. I however have encountered a couple of minor issues that would be detrimental or unintended side effects of the game due to limitations in the channel point system.
Firstly, there is no way to order CP rewards manually. Since the CP rewards are the viewers interface and resulting action, it would be much better to have them ordered by type of action rather then the cost of the action. In addition I wanted to use a "NOTES"…

Categories I have a varying set of channel point redeems for specific games, and having to grind through the list every day I stream isn't only tiring, but not having categories makes it harder to balance the amount of redeems that are available.
To expand on this, if we were able to get categories both in our management and folders within the channel points redemption widget, it'd allow for much more creativity. As it stands, I am very afraid of putting in all the ideas I have due to the possibility that the amount of options might become overwhelming, not to…

Channel Points Categories Would love a way to create categories for the channel points in the managing section. I know that I and other creators have specific redemption's for what we are streaming. Specific to the game we play, ones that will be available all the time, etc. Instead of trying to find all the ones to enable or disable would be nice if they were all together.

Earn Channel Points while watching VODs Viewers should be able to earn Channel Points by watching VODs (Video on Demand). Undoubtedly, many viewers of many streamers are of international relation to the streamer, this is why it is important to include everyone into the Channel Points experience by letting viewers earn Channel Points by watching VODs by their favourite streamers. This feature must be implemented because international viewers are situated in a different country, thus (in most cases) are in a different time zone. So it only makes sense for viewers who aren't able to watch live streams be able to earn Channel Points by watching…
