suspend channel points during hype train

It would be nice if we could have a default setting (toggle) to suspend channel redeems during a hype train.

some redeems may be great for a hype train, and others may ruin an experience in either direction

It could be a good idea considering the new launch of Power Ups, to keep focus on those Bits based redeems during those hype moments, rather than 'clogging' up channel points things.
