Adding Content-Length to the response header of the image API I'm experimenting with the image api. I would like to get the size of the image before downloading it to be able to calculate downloaded percentage from it.
Currently this is not possible as the api doesn't send the Content-Length in the header. Requesting the image https://images.igdb.com/igdb/image/upload/t_1080p_2x/ar4v3.jpg using Postman I have the below headers:

It would be great if you could add the option to add information about the creators of the videogames: directors, designers, scriptwriters.. Also to record the great personalities of the videogames: Hideo Kojima, Satoru Iwata, Fumito Ueda, Shigeru Miyamoto...
I sincerely believe that this is the only thing that this site is missing.

Feature an Indie Shelf on Front Page Top 10 games, Just Chatting, new AAA game launches, and special events get enough coverage via their massive audience. One of the suggestions from creators in terms of discoverability is to stream lesser known games to lessen competition.
My suggestion is to add a shelf that compiles all directories that are sub 200 viewers into a single shelf on front page to allow visibility to lesser known titles. This could allow groupings of smaller creators to showcase games, collaborate, and be recognized without feeling the need to always play the top 10 games to reach the ceiling of viewership.

Game Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee critic score rating bugged? The game Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee critic score rating show the highest score on your entire system of 10.0 points: https://www.igdb.com/games/oddworld-abe-s-oddysee , but it has not professional background report like on the rest of games: https://www.igdb.com/games/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/reviews.
I though that somehow the game got that critic score as some kind of bug probably?
This make it appear the first game on the lists that use the API to make lists and filter the games per score.

Including search field in Multi-Query returns values without requested fields If you include the 'search' option in the multiquery, only the id fields are returned in the results. For example the following query

Public pipeline of "Approvals" From what I understand and experienced getting your changes approved on IGDB can take anywhere between 4 to 14 days, not longer. It would be good if there was a page that showed a list of changes currently waiting for approval from IGDB Admin so you could see where your changes were in the pipeline. I saw on the Discord that an announcement said that a week ago or so the oldest changes to be approved were about 14 days old. Keeping this list in public gives us an estimate on when our edits will be reviewed.

External Game Media is not working Hi,
I'm looking to filter games by their media (either digital or physical) but I have an issue with media response which is always empty.
Here is an example:

Create Game API Endpoint I looked in the API documentation, but didn't see this. If I'm mistaken, please point me in the right direction!
A create game endpoint would streamline the game submission process. This would help with smaller indie web-based, browser games.

Add language information Hi,
We should be able to indicate the language of the review, when we write a new one.
And the page of the game (https://www.igdb.com/games/***/reviews), we should be able to filter reviews throught a language list.
Default value should be define on the profile, wich could be reuse on both situations (writing, filtering)

Gyro aiming Hi! It would be really great to include something like an 'input' option so you can find games with native gyro aiming.
I'm always trying to find good gyro coop fps games to play with my girlfriend (I can only really do it with gyro) and it takes a LOT of google searching, it's a massive pain..
I don't think it's necessary to include Steam gyro, just eg PS4 / PS5 and Switch games that have it built in.

A way to quickly view games you have played and not rated and vice versa It would be great to have a quick way to view the games you have played and not yet rated. Sometimes I might forget to rate the game and I do not want to spend a long time comparing the list of played games to rated games to see which ones got missed and the same is true the other way around. Add more fields for owned games It would be nice to have the possibility to add additional information when adding a game to own lists such as:
format (physical or digital);
purchase date and price;
started and finished date (multiple times for multiple playtroughs).
But, more importantly, the possibility to track individually different versions of the game; I might have completed a game on a platform, finished on another and playing on another one.3 votes -

I know there are dozen of websites doing it, but today it is to be considered a fundamental information of a game release.
