Merge LÖVE engine pages For some reason, there are two pages for the LÖVE (Love2D) engine:

https://www.igdb.com/game_engines/love--1There's no difference between them so I think they should be merged.
Also would be nice if it was named "LÖVE / Love2D".

Incorrect Twitch Category for CaveVox Hello,
I am the developer of the game CaveVox, which is officially listed on IGDB: https://www.igdb.com/games/cavevox. I have updated its information multiple times, and all updates have been approved.
However, there is currently no category for CaveVox on Twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/cavevox.
Instead, the category https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/exohub incorrectly links to CaveVox.
To clarify, CaveVox is not Exohub. Exohub has never been released, never had a demo or early access version, and cannot be found anywhere, including Steam.
Therefore, I kindly request that the incorrect link be removed, and a proper category for CaveVox be created on Twitch to prevent misleading…

Can you rename the Jump King category back to Jump King it's actual name? Someone has named it "tactical leaping adventure" Can you rename the Jump King category back to Jump King, it's actual name? Someone has named it "tactical leaping adventure - there is a smoking hot babe at the top" Why someone decided to change the name of a category that has stood for 6 years to something utterly stupid and not what it's actual name is is beyond me but the whole community thinks it's stupid, also very long and awkward. Improve Karma Hunters Categories I think Karma Hunters could be improved by adding more categories. Currently, some useful options are missing, such as:
- Incorrect Game Cover Aspect Ratio or Size
- Missing Company
- Missing Engine
- Missing Artwork
Adding these categories to Karma Hunters would make it easier to help games that still lack information.

Being able to filter games by length I don't have a lot of time, and I like to choose game that can be finished rather quickly (5 to 10h). Or less than 24h depending on the game.
Usually after 15h I start to get bored and I just want to finish the game, so I rush and it feels like a job, not an entertainment anymore.
Also, it helps discover nice smaller game that change from big, blockbusters, open world, 100h+, multiplayer, time consuming games.

"Played" and "Want to Play" lists cannot be set as Private Currently custom lists can be set as "Private" when creating the list or via "Edit" page available in list view. But built-in "Played" and "Want to Play" lists don't have this option there and they are always publicly visible (checked by opening list url in incognito mode).
Also there is "Public game lists" checkbox in profile settings (unchecked by default) but it does not affect those lists (tried check and uncheck several times - nothing happens to those lists)

Banished (2014) shows as Banished (2023) in recently streamed category. I recently streamed Banished, a city building game, but on my recently streamed categories and past broadcasts it shows and links to a different game of the same name. I went back to see what I had set it as in my stream info and it was the correct Banished, so even though I selected the right game, its showing as the wrong one after finishing my stream. Checked other streamers who played banished (2014) and its the same problem.

Show event id on detail page Similarly like games show "Game ID" it would be nice to have "Event ID" on the event detail.
For example: https://www.igdb.com/events/nintendo-direct-3-dot-27-dot-2025
I am not able to find the ID anywhere, since for my use case only these "Direct events" are relevant, I need to call the endpoint and find the ID there.

Add "Unofficial Port" to category types So with the rise of video game recompilations and decompilations, we've begun to see unofficial PC ports of titles previously exclusive to consoles. Currently a game can only be categorized as a port if it's officially made but these unofficial ports have to be classified as "mods" which doesn't really accurately describe what it is. I'd like to see unofficial port added to game categories to more accurately categorize recompilations and decompilations. Allow abbreviations and aliases to be registered for titles in languages other than English Just as there are abbreviations and aliases for English titles, there are also abbreviations and aliases in other languages.
For example,
in Japanese, the subtitle for Wizardry V is "災渦の中心" for the SFC and "災禍の中心" for the PS1.
They are very similar, but the difference is "渦" and "禍".
As an abbreviation,
"機動戦士ガンタム ギレンの野望" is sometimes referred to as "ギレンの野望" because "ギレンの野望" has been made into a series.3 votes -
Boycott feature - give gamers an impactful voice Since gamers are currently at the mercy of big companies which games get developed, I would love a boycott feature that gives gamers an impactful voice. This could revolutionize the gaming industry.
Instead of waiting hopelessly for a long wished sequal, just to be ignored, we - the gamers - could influence the decision makers at the top management level.

Apex Legends bug I don't know exactly if I can report this here or if someone already did, but I was checking Discord Activity Settings and which games support natively and it said IGBD provides the information about that.
The thing I want to report is about a game that is not recognized properly. It is Apex Legends, the executable that is on your database is the Easy Anticheat "STARTPROTECTEDGAME.EXE" and not the actual game, so when you open the game on steam, origin or anywhere, it detects it is opening, but when that process end (Starting the anticheat), discord thinks…

MySims: Cozy Bundle duplicate https://www.igdb.com/games/mysims-cozy-bundle and https://www.igdb.com/games/mysims-cozy-bundle--1 seem to be just copies of each other.
One of these should probably be removed, in my opinion.

Horizontal scroll on "My Contrinutions" table It would be nice if the table of "My Contributions" view had an horizontal scrolling, since on mobile devices it is not possible to see the entire table content unless using "Desktop Mode".

API sporadically responds with 401 We are having issues with the IGDB API since roughly 2024-09-28 10:46 UTC where we see sporadic 401 Unauthorized responses. Most of the time the API works as expected but every 5 or so requests return a 401.

Events Endpoint -> Invalid live stream URLS The following event id's have invalid live stream URL's:
414, 414, 411, 410, 402, 486 - YouTube account no longer exists
Not sure sure if it's a bug, but there is also:
171 - Odd stream URL - The only 1 outside YT
308, 335, 486 - Stream url is private / unlisted
The endpoint also returns multiple types of YouTube URL's. While I've made a function to detect which one and parse out the video id, it may help to have a consistant URL scheme, at least in regards to YT URL's.
