Show event id on detail page Similarly like games show "Game ID" it would be nice to have "Event ID" on the event detail.
For example: https://www.igdb.com/events/nintendo-direct-3-dot-27-dot-2025
I am not able to find the ID anywhere, since for my use case only these "Direct events" are relevant, I need to call the endpoint and find the ID there.

A GameJolt field in the “Websites” section of a game I’m not sure if this is the right category, it’s my first time posting here. Basically I believe there could be a field to add a game’s GameJolt page in the “Websites” section when you’re adding/editing information of a game. There’s an itch.io one, a Steam one, an Epic Games one, etc. There are so many games that are on GameJolt, even many famous ones, so I’ve always wanted IGDB to have a GameJolt field. it sucks having to use the “Official website” instead when thats not what it is, and when the game already has another page that would…

I noticed that with the recent update, the radar chart (spiderweb chart) showing my genre distribution stats (e.g., how many adventure games I’ve played compared to action, RPG, etc.) has been removed. I found this feature super valuable and fun—it gave great insights into my gaming habits at a glance.
I wanted to kindly request if you would consider bringing it back in a future update. It was a unique and engaging way to visualize data, and I’m sure many other users also enjoyed it.

Request for Separate Twitch Categories for osu! Game Modes Hello Twitch Support Team,
I would like to request the addition of separate Twitch categories for the four distinct game modes in osu!. Currently, all modes are grouped under a single osu! category, which makes it difficult for viewers to find content related to the mode they are most interested in.
Reasons for Separate Categories:
1. Each mode has unique gameplay mechanics and communities:
- osu!standard: Classic circle-clicking rhythm gameplay.
- osu!taiko: A drumming-based rhythm game inspired by Taiko no Tatsujin.
- osu!catch: A fruit-catching mode with entirely different mechanics.
- osu!mania: A vertical scrolling rhythm game similar to DDR/StepMania.…

Problem in the Category field inside highlight edition regarded with "snes MMX" I tried to categorized my highlight with the right game category and didn't get the right game category inside the field, where is "SNES Mega Man X 1993" doesn't appear on "Category" field, I get only these two strange mmx versions (ios 2001 and a beta genesis game version), in other hand I was able to got that right game category in the "edit stream info", please fix the problem inside the highlight edit screen. My "Episodic Type" category is missing (Asleep: Ato 2) I need to bring online a specific category of my game (Asleep) with a new episode.
We're launching Asleep divided by Episodes. The first one "Asleep: Ato 1" was released last year. The second one "Asleep: Ato 2" will be released very soon. We already have both categories in IGDB, but apparently "Asleep: Ato 2" was removed from Twitch categories, just for being an "Extension/Episode" type in IDGB - We can't change "Asleep: Ato 2" for a Main Game type there.
Can someone from Twitch help us with this, I already tried Twitch Support, but there is no topic related…

Add "Unofficial Port" to category types So with the rise of video game recompilations and decompilations, we've begun to see unofficial PC ports of titles previously exclusive to consoles. Currently a game can only be categorized as a port if it's officially made but these unofficial ports have to be classified as "mods" which doesn't really accurately describe what it is. I'd like to see unofficial port added to game categories to more accurately categorize recompilations and decompilations. Some examples include but aren't limited to the Ocarina of Time PC port, the Super Mario 64 PC port and the recently released Sonic Unleashed recompilation, Unleashed Recompiled…

Game category needed for: Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered I understand you don't do "Bundles" but then how come you have a game category for: "Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered" but not for the latest release: "Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered". Pinball Generic Pinball game/category for IRL pinball games which has a very active community.
There are two currently that are linked to old games.

Requiem: Rise of the Reaver name update Requiem: Rise of the Reaver was re-released in 2022 and it received a name change to 'Requiem: Desiderium Mortis'. Allow abbreviations and aliases to be registered for titles in languages other than English Just as there are abbreviations and aliases for English titles, there are also abbreviations and aliases in other languages.
For example,
in Japanese, the subtitle for Wizardry V is "災渦の中心" for the SFC and "災禍の中心" for the PS1.
They are very similar, but the difference is "渦" and "禍".
As an abbreviation,
"機動戦士ガンタム ギレンの野望" is sometimes referred to as "ギレンの野望" because "ギレンの野望" has been made into a series.3 votes -
Super Spike V'Ball Issue For the game "Super Spike V'Ball" (IGDB ID: 48073) you cannot select the options playing and played. Only want is selectable, but it still does not appear in your list.
