Official Editor Badge I think Twitch should have badges for editors. To show users that they aren't just any old mod, but an editor for the stream as well. This could be shown through a gray badge with a pencil avatar thing. Just to show users that that user is special. Maybe even have a list of editors just like there's a list of moderators and regular viewers. but definitely a badge should be added.

Non Case Sensitive Emotes Don't know if this is possible persay, but if emotes could be non case sensitive meaning you could type them the same way no matter what casing you have and it work. For example kappa and Kappa would both work. This would save people from having to remember capitalization and being made fun of for not getting the casing right and ending up with text instead of the emote.

Allow multiple custom "Subscriber Icons" in a single stream, to reflect rank based on in channel points systems... The majority of streams have some points generation system for games/giveaways and the like. another reason people like to gather points is to show off their "Rank" to the chat (basically an "I have more points than you thing"). I suggest, allowing streamers to have a handfull of custom subscriber icons that they could give to people(sorta like making someone a Mod). Then you would be showing off your Elite Viewership with a cool icon everytime you chat, and jont just whenever you check your points balance :D

Allow more emotes for different stats (followers, viewers, time, etc) Many partners have many viewers and much support, but few emotes. More emotes might trigger more subscribers, since you can offer more in return for the support. Partners should get more emotes based on more factors, such as how long they've been partnered, how many page visits they may have generated over time, how many hours they've spent streaming. Thus rewarding the streamer and their communities more by allowing more things to unlock emotes. Everybody wins!

Chat badges system: Have the option to give users the ability to posses badges for accomplishing certains thing within the site. This feature will guaratee and motivate both viewer and broadcaster a like.
Some badges I though of would be:
Have more than 5 friends.
Broadcast 3 times a week.
Over x hours broadcasting.
Subscribed to 5 channel.
Not been banned for over x years.
Has been on twitch for x amount of time.Etc, let me know what you guys think!

Allow emote filters I don't want to see certain emotes in any chat, allow me to filter those from my view. This could include the spam-allowing sub emotes (like ones designed to take up multiple lines) and poor quality ones.

Scale Emotes When it comes to emotes, sometimes a fantastic image completely loses its’ luster when it is scaled down from 112x112 to 28x28. Upping the emote display size across the board would undoubtedly cause latency issues when it comes to chat, but what if we gave the broadcaster or viewer (not both) to set the size option at which the emotes are displayed? The 112 and 56 sizes are already notated (provided when submitting an emote), so emotes would not need to be re-submitted.
Proposed:
Allow viewer to choose what size any emotes are displayed at. If launched, leave current settings…3 votes -

Vod watcher badge As someone who mostly watches vods of my favorite streamers and has minimal chance to interact with the live broadcast chat, I thought it would be interesting to have a badge (similar to a subscriber badge) where after a certain number of hours watching vods, on a certain channel, you get a badge. I think this would be a good feature because it would show you're still a supporter of the channel, even though you're not always in the live chat.

Integrate channel subscription emotes within Steam chat. I think most people who watch/subscribe to streamers on Twitch likely play games on steam as well and would love to be able to use their sub emotes in steam chat as well. I would say that feature could be a factor that makes viewers subscribe who normally wouldn't because they don't talk in Twitch chat often.

Special emotes for 3/4/5 year subs as my first 3 year sub is coming up, I thought why is there no option for streamers to make special emotes for long time supporters to show off their streak in other channels ?

Allow a streamer to bar the use of emotes of particular other streamers within their chat. In terms of controlling our brand, managing what imagery users present in my chat would be useful. Examples of this include things that resemble Pepe the Frog, and the meaning it's taken on in social media.

Add this as a global emote. http://i.imgur.com/rNqnOcr.png <- That'un. I found it while pausing the Mr. Rogers stream. This glorious double take emote was bestowed upon me by accident. I joined, and this is what my stream buffer was paused on.
This is the new twitch global emote. Chef Brockett perfectly encapsulates the spirit of dumbfounded disbelief.

Option To Choose Between The Custom Streamer Cheer Badges & The Original Cheer Badges. Can we have an option to choose between the custom streamer Bit badges and the original Bit badges please? For the people who like the look of the original Bits badges they can use those and the people who want to use the Streamer Bits badges can use those too.

Create an emote interchange menu Have you ever had that one emote that you Really, Really liked and then the streamer takes it away to put a new one in. well this feature could be a small tab/menu where a Streamers retired emote stay and you could take an emote you want for an emote you don't want. For example Dansgaming has been rotating emotes during X-mas and Halloween and you wanted those emotes back Boom the menu would let you do that rotating other emotes for the ones you like.

Add a translucent version of a subscription icon for "Prior subs" With prior subs being represented, viewers and broadcasters could see who of their current viewer count is a prior sub. This will help represent many things. Short from long term subs that let their sub lapse creates discussion, it also lets people know that this viewer might be a little more well versed in the channel content than someone brand new.... etc.
