Mod Education and Certification Badge
In the same vein of modeducation.reddithelp.com and discord.com/moderation I think Twitch could give a badge for users who pass on a quiz about channel moderation.
It is a nice way to make future mods get acquainted with twitch tools and to signal creators users that are serious about being mods.

Introducing an educational component to moderation on Twitch is a great initiative that could benefit streamers and viewers. Moreover, Twitch could take this idea further by offering moderators more educational resources and training. For example, they could provide educational content on mental health awareness, community building, and conflict resolution topics. By providing these resources, Twitch could help moderators build their skills and create more positive and inclusive communities on the platform. I support online sources like this and like https://edubirdie.com/do-my-paper because they help students in their educational way. For example, besides Twitch, I use EduBirdie since I ask writing experts to do my paper, and they realize it successfully, giving me excellent knowledge. That is the point. So finally, Twitch could introduce a certification system for moderators who complete advanced training programs.

Education in general is a strange thing. Some say that you can live without it, others say the opposite. I always ask for rate my paper, I use https://edubirdie.com/rate-my-paper for that. Of course, I don't fully understand what it will be either. But I like the word education here. Maybe they'll finally do something worthwhile. For a long time there were no suitable updates. As they say, "Wait and see".
