Linux Brave performance degradation with Widevine plugin and software acceleration On my Linux system with Brave browser and server grade CPUs (96 cores), RAM (512 GB) and a Nvidia 4060 the steam causes the entire browser to become very slowly but steadily increasingly sluggish until the browser is manually restarted. At first only the video is lagging (audio is fine), then a few hours later it affects the entire site, and a few more hours later its the entire browser. DISABLING the Widevine plugin and hardware acceleration within the browser fixes this issue.
Downgrading the resolution temporarily works around the issue, but a few hours later the issue is again…

Stop with forcing someone who's sponsored to the top of my follow list and taking up so much space Someone I follow is doing some kind of sponsored stream. Even though I've got my following page sorted by viewer count, it puts them on top. And it takes up way too much space for that single streamer.
I don't care. I'm not watching that. And I'm unfollowing any streamer who does that ****.

Multiple streams in one window Please add the option to view several streams in a grid format and focus in and out on certain ones at times. Alot of times there is more then one thing I'd like to watch and when something fun is happening on one stream I dont wanna miss it. I want the option to add several streams to the window and watch at the same time.

Top of the stream blocked by the moved bar. Is it just me or is the new top bar blocking part of the stream? this is really annoying alot of games have interfaces and maps and health bars etc along with streamers putting timers and other things at the top and this is just blocked now by this moved bar. This cant be intentional so I assume its a bug, wasnt this tested properly?

Live Bar Yesterday there was a switch where the Live bar with viewer stats are now above the videos? This feels so distracting and busy - and now there's an awkward empty gap between the video and the Bio/ About Me panels?

Top 10 instead of Top 5 Streamers watched It would be great to see a list of the Top 10 Streamers or even the Top 20 Streamers that we have watched for the year in our Twitch Recaps. Hours watched and chats sent info on an additional longer list from the Top 5 is not as important for me, if we could just see another simple list in ranked order somehow.
To be clear, I like the current Top 5 list with hours watched and chats sent, I'm just asking for an additional, simpler list showing the Top 10 or Top 20.

Black bar across top of streams blocks view of stream Bar across top with streamer name and timer makes it so stream does not fit on screen anymore and cuts off the bottom of it.
I thought my browser was broken but Twitch has done it on purpose?!
Now bottom of stream is cut off and we have a big empty black space at top of screen?
WHY?
Twitch devs these days are doing everything they can to make twitch WORSE.

Every post on this page should be about how horrible the UI change is. Keep posting. Twitch needs to only see feedback about the UI until the revert it.
Twitch needs new frontend designers. Not only are they lazy, they are also incompetent.

I am literally a grumpy old man. I don't have enough time left on this planet to waste it retraining myself on new UI's. I did not consent to test it. Forcing it on me without having a very obvious blinking undo button just ****** me off.
I like the people I have met on Twitch, but if the folks running the show can't do it without ******* people off then fire them. Otherwise they will run the whole business into the ground!

it leads to accidental unfollows, messing with followers stats!

Expanded title on new layout covers up stream The new title position has an expand option and if you use it, it just covers up part of the stream. Nothing should ever cover up part of the stream.

Please return the old layout of the channel page in the browser The best thing you can do at the moment is to move the block with the stream title and the follow button back to the bottom of the screen, as well as return the tabs with chat, description, schedule, etc. for the browser version. Change Scheduled Streams by Clicking and Dragging Panels I know this is a small thing, but I feel it would be beneficial overall. First, when making a scheduled stream, it typically is already set to its current time slot. However, if you were to make a segmented schedule where it's 4 hours and 4 hours for two items, you should be able to click and drag them up to interchange which comes first. This would be cool because it would save having to reinstate the change manually and/or outright delete and start over. it would be automatic.

I am in the unfortunate group that got the new stream layout with the title and all the information above the stream, not below it as it was used to.First of all, The tabs for video, clips, chat ... are no longer there.
But more importantly: The new layout gives me headaches. I cannot tell if it is purely the contrast or the fact that we trained our brains and eyes for serveral decades now that the information belongs below the video. I have to scroll down so the information is no longer on Screen to be able…

Please stop messing with our muscle memory and revert the UI change Twitch just rolled out a change on the PC browser website that moves the panel that contains the streamer's username, stream title/category, follow button, concurrent viewers,... to the top of the stream, which not only messes with our muscle memory but also makes the experience a bit less pleasant as the stream got pushed downwards from its original centered position.
Please Twitch, if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.
