Allow the Streamer and their Mods to review the Clips and edit the Clip's Title before publishing them. Twitch channels got the ability to reach a lot of people and eternalize some pretty cool moments through Clips made by those who participate in their community. We all love that, those are mostly pretty great!
But sometimes, people would clip stuff out of context that'd just be mean and could be harmful to the creators. For example, something taken out of context could be seen in a serious and really bad way, when the intention was not even there in the first place.

Streamers choose their ‘shout out’ clips Wish streamers could choose what clips are shown when they receive ‘shout outs’. Example: the clip that shows of me is me troubleshooting during a video game. Not a good luck as far as promoting channel.

Leaderboard Please have an option to turn off the scrolling bits/sub gifter bar. With the addition of sub plus points the scrolling of it is distracting wtih OBS open.

Accessibility for deaf people on Twitch I’ve been a long‑time Twitch user and recently became deaf, and I’ve realized there’s no built‑in way for viewers to enable captions on live streams or VODs. Right now, the only way to get captions is if the creator manually sets up an OBS plugin or a third‑party captioning tool, which means console streams like PS5 have no options at all, and viewers are left with zero ways to follow the audio.

Lurkers need to be counted as viewers It is very questionable to take away the support the lurkers give. I know a lot of people lurk in many streams and watch them in intervals, jumping from stream to stream. This is especially bad for small streamers, that are now losing their view numbers because of this. Max two streams at the same time to be counted as a viewer, is diabolical.
This will hurt the small streamers in many ways;

The new clip interface is indescribably bad The new clip interface is indescribably bad and terrible. The previews themselves have become huge, which makes it extremely inconvenient to sort them and clean out unnecessary clips. In addition, they have become glitchy, which is why the clip controls do not always appear, and there are no full-screen mode buttons at all.Please return the old clip interface, or try using your new interface yourself - I do not believe that testers could approve of THIS.

Make viewer streak start without missing a stream Hi,
I have the viewer streak feature on my stream and noticed the streak only starts when missing a stream first.

Twitch streamer handlers/talent scouts. Some of us are exceptional but need a direct line to those with influence within management structure.
Some of us are more valuable for other reasons rather than just a streamer and we are going to waste. You should have people hunting for that sort of person of whom can be a tremendous creative asset to your functionality and increase revenue.

Inactive Usernames I am suggesting adding giving long-term twitch affiliates that are actively streaming consistently streaming or have been an affiliate for 5 years or longer, to be able to have the same access to Inactive usernames that Partners do.
Understandably there would have be certain criteria to meet to be able to have access, such as streaming concurrently for 6 months out of the year.3 votes -
Ban RERUN streams, or make it obvious that they are reruns I stream in a smaller category, but not so small that it's usually empty. The top streamers have almost ALL started spawning rerun channels, and then raiding themselves. The raided channels then dominate overtop of up and coming channels, and take up half the category.
It's gotten absolutely ridiculous. They're not live, this is a livestreaming website, they're just playing old vods.

Add a feature to allow streamers turn on or off a stream delay that only affects accountless viewers to mitiage stream sniping. Stream sniping is a major problem even for small streamers. There's little you can do to prevent it or enforce it. Even if you ban someone from your chat, they can just watch with no account. Adding a delay to your stream just ruins the experience for everyone. If there was a way to turn on or off a delay but it only affected viewers that are watching with no account, it doesn't affect regular viewers and subs, and could help mitigate some stream sniping.

rerun So we are at the point now where a big streamer can have multiple Twitch channel "live" with RERUNS while he/she is live on the main channel and damage all mid to small streamers even more. No threshold Hello my name is G0lfbr0. I was wondering if there is a way that twitch can change the threshold and possibly the split? It's in my opinion hard to hit the $50 every month. If I am luck to receive $10, $15 or whatever it maybe, I should receive that. An the 70/30 spilt also should be changed. That's alot twitch takes for only being the playform that people stream on.
Please take this into consideration and twitch might get back a lot more streamers that may have left.

add a rotation list of games you play Allow twitch streamers to post a list of games they have as their top games they play in their rotation. then suggest them to viewers of other streamers in the same category to gain followers when the streamer isnt live. or suggest their vod/clips etc. I think this would encourage a person to stream more if they get offline follows, video hits with some email notification, etc.

A rewind option for live twitch streams I've heard that you can rewind live TV on cable, so it makes me wonder why that feature isn't available on Twitch. There have been numerous occasions when I've had to step away from a stream for a minute, perhaps to grab a drink or tend to something else, and during that time, I've missed some critical moments or discussions.
