Restrict incoming raids by account age

Streamers should be able to restrict raids from recently created accounts (e.g., streamer-specified thresholds of 10 minutes, 1 day, 1 week, etc.)

This is useful to combat repeated harassment from people who create new accounts with inappropriate names to raid into channels (esp. of marginalized communities)

While restricting raids to only channels the streamer follows is a possible band-aid, this substantially hampers growth (i.e., cure is worse than the disease) when this account age restriction would solve the trolls we are currently receiving

    The most harmful accounts that I've seen harassing chatters or streamers are invariably new accounts, burners, socks, whatever you wanna call them. Giving streamers the choice to prevent trolls at their inset will massively reduce any negative impact to a well minded stream.

    This would be invaluable to stem the tide of harassment that streamers face, especially from horrible people who enjoy harassing others by using multiple accounts.

    This is very much needed! A great idea. Needs to be implemented asap. I also second OGprodigy's ask of letting streamers restrict incoming raids to only accounts with verified phone numbers/emails.

    I would love this. It will definitely slow down & even deter most trolls who use it, I would think.

    Freaking amazing idea. Would also love if it could be set as "gated" so that people who don't meet whatever requirement is set (streamer is following them, account was created over 1 week ago, etc.) and that editors or the streamer themselves could accept or deny raids.

    @Xera_XereX it's really gross that you are playing both sides of this issue when you know Irene is the one doing the raids to Keffals and you act like you don't support it in front of Keffals
