this would be great for chatty/chatterino to reduce request count (and amount of time it takes to load the usable emotes)

2000 is especially too prohibitive for folks who have been on Twitch for a while (e.g., my account is over 10 years old & i have to try to find a channel to unfollow when i want to follow another)
at a minimum, a higher follow limit could be a twitch turbo perk

My use case: inform offline chatters (not just mods) in the channel that the broadcaster has created a new story

Related: I'd also like to restrict incoming raids from only accounts that have verified their phone/email

It is critical that TwitchCon is only sponsored by entities that share the community's values. Chevron stands in stark contrast to those values, and renewing their sponsorship would only enable the company to whitewash their brand from the significant harms inflicted domestically and internationally.
Internationally, Chevron stepped in to fuel an apartheid regime after Egypt stopped supplying Israel with natural gas.
In Nigeria, Chevron used company helicopters to fly in soldiers from the military dictatorship to execute climate activists.
In Ecuador, Chevron/Texaco dumped billions of toxic waste into the Amazon rainforest, refused to clean up their pollution, and judicially harassed the lawyer fighting for the indigenous residents, Steven Donziger, into illegal detention.
And the list goes on.
Domestically, Chevron has violated U.S. laws on safety standards, which led to refinery fires and explosions, directly harming workers and the American public.
And that's not even mentioning long-term negative externalities from the environmental impacts of Chevron's business.
In summary, Twitch must end its sponsorship with Chevron if it wishes to avoid being perceived as complicit in these serious injustices.
