Get a warning to follow and unfollow someone.
This would help people like me and others who use a mobile smart phone or tablet with touch screen help people who accidentally unfollow or follow. For example, "I unfollowed someone while watching them when I grabbed my phone, so now whenever I go back to look at my following section, he's not there." So, instead of having it so you automatically follow or unfollow, it will give a warning saying yes to follow or yes to unfollow and no to follow or no to unfollow. In my opinion, I think this is required with most of the things I have used that give warnings.
Thank you for all your feedback! We have launched an update that will now prompt you to confirm you’d like to unfollow the channel. This currently is only available for web, but we hope to add this for mobile/tv apps at a later date.
Edit: minor correction, this is also available on mobile =)

I misclicked and therefore unfortunately unfollowed a streamer and now my followage and all those months I've been following the streamer have been lost. There should be a "confirm unfollow" option in case anyone misclicks like I did.

It would be nice if you would get a popup asking if you really want to unfollow a streamer. Mainly because the follow/unfollow button is close to Pause stream before, and now it's below the refresh button which a lot of people press when there's stream difficulties. It has happened to me that I accidently pressed the unfollow button while pausing the stream, but I didn't notice it and started wondering the days after why I never saw the streamer streaming. And if some people want to keep their followage going but accidently unfollow and it starts all over. Just a thought.

Seems more like a layout problem for the Twitch app.
