Mandatory 24-Hour VOD Window to Stop TOS Dodging
Bad actors are routinely violating Twitch's TOS during live streams and instantly deleting the VODs to dodge accountability and leave no paper trail. To fix this, Twitch should require all streamers to keep their VODs published (or in subscriber-only mode) for at least 24 hours before they can be deleted. To protect creators from legitimate mistakes, everyone should be given a limited number of "emergency deletes" per week to use at their discretion.
