In/out markers for export to YouTube
When you export a VOD to YouTube, it exports the entire VOD. It would be nice if we could specify an in and out point for the export so that we can skip, say, 3 minutes of "starting soon" and 5 minutes at the end looking for a raid target (or whatever). It would be especially nice if a VOD could have multiple in and out markers so that it could be split into multiple YouTube videos.
There are a few reasons I think it would be useful to have this on Twitch. The first is that now that 2K streaming is available and it is close enough in quality to rival a locally recorded and uploaded VOD (once YouTube recompresses it), there is increasingly less reason to even bother with a local recording except for the ability to control when the video starts and ends. The second reason is that while it is possible to make these edits in YouTube, because the 2K export is an HEVC video, it takes YouTube HOURS to process the edits. Being able to set the markers prior to exporting would save a ton of time.

Being able to set in/out timestamps from the export UI would be a major QoL improvement.
As it stands right now I have to turn a VOD into an unpublished Highlight where I trim the start/end, then export that to YouTube, then delete the Highlight. OR I have to export the whole VOD to YouTube and then do the trimming (and another lengthy round of re-encoding) there.
Either way this is extra time and labor that could be instantly fixed simply by letting us set the in/out timestamps at the time of export.
