Allow us to make Clips direct from the Highlighter
The Highter is pretty solid, but it could use some modernisation. I feel the Video Producer/Highlighter could use a more convenient/easy way of generating Clips right from the feature itself. There is currently no way to create a Clip without creating a Highlight first, then downloading the Highlight - or creating a clip directly from your VOD, rendering the Highlighter unneeded entirely.
The Highlighter would benefit from having an extra button that allows the user to create a clip from where their cursor currently is in the timeline. This would be useful, because the Highlighter is the only place we can see the Markers we've placed. This would make it considerably more rapid and convenient to great short-form content for Stories, YouTube Shorts and TikToks, by simply seeking out our Markers in the timeline, hitting the Clip button, and creating what we need.
